Lektion 1
How Do We Begin To Relax
In day one we will be finding ways to help you to relax easily and discovering which ones work for you.
Discovering your favourite ways that help you to relax is key to allowing you to have a great nights sleep. Will the one that resonates with you be the breathing? the voice?, the music and sounds or the story?
With all of these tracks that are over 2 hours long, you will find it hard not to drift off to the tones and sounds of a great nights sleep. So let’s dive in and get started.
Lektion 2
Breathing To Slow Down The Heart Rate
In day two we will be finding ways to help you to use your breathing to slow down your heat rate in preparation for a deep sleep
Finding out how to use the breath effectively and practicing breathing in this session for comfort, stress reduction and relaxation.
Lektion 3
A Familiar Voice
In day three we will be getting used to a familiar voice. Once you are used to this voice, as soon as you hear it at bedtime it will put you into a totally relaxed state and make sure your you have a restful nights sleep.
Lektion 4
Relaxing Your Body
In day four we will be doing a body scan and using your breathing to slow down your heat rate, relax your body and totally let go for a beautiful nights sleep
Finding out how to use this body scan to help relax every part of your body to melt into sleep.
Lektion 5
Visualisation
In day five we will go on a journey to visualisation. This Will be a version of your happy place and will show you how to use it, while we go on that journey at any time you want to, and find that total relaxation and deep nourishing sleep.
Lektion 6
Allowing Your Brain To Turn Off
In day six we will listen to a story that will allow your brain to turn off and gently help you to find that sweet spot of relaxation and peace. Going on a journey of sitting on a bench and meeting up with a good friend, soo you will tune out oof your day to day struggles and enjoy a beautiful nights sleep
Lektion 7
Repetition Is Key To Success
In day seven we use the gentle repetition of phrases to help you to relax and drift off to a nourishing nights sleep.
