In this course, I'll invite you to notice and explore your naturally confident self. We will be looking towards what is already there inside you naturally so that you can recognise and access your natural confidence whenever you need it. On day one, I'll encourage you to think about confidence differently and notice all the moments of natural confidence in your everyday life. I'll use prompt questions to help you notice the feelings in your body and mind associated with these moments. On day two, we will build on these feelings of natural confidence using a guided visualization so that you can enjoy the feelings that come from imagining who you are and how your life could be when you're in touch with your natural state of confidence. After this short course, I hope you'll have a new way of looking at confidence and that you'll have your own unique anchor points connecting you to your felt sense of natural confidence.

We will be looking at revealing what is already there inside you naturally so that you can recognise and access your natural confidence whenever you need it. I'll encourage you to think about confidence in a different way and to notice all the moments of natural confidence in your everyday life. We will begin to open up to the idea of confidence as a natural state for everyone.

Visualize Your Naturally Confident Self
Now that you have had a chance to notice all the moments of natural confidence in your everyday life will build on these feelings using a guided visualization so that you can enjoy the feelings that come from imagining who you are and how your life could be when you're in touch with your natural state of confidence.
