Body Image Reboot
The intention of today’s exploration is to recognize the conscious and subtle judgments you may hold against yourself, your beauty, and your body image to help you journey to a place of worthiness, acceptance, compassion, and celebration.
Many of us have inadvertently picked up negative definitions of self, beauty, and body image through our path in life. These definitions are consciously and subconsciously picked up through our development. Social media and entertainment have projected a very narrow view of beauty, perfection, and body image that has affected us all. While we each may interpret these social cues differently, in most cases, they serve to impede our connections with our authentic selves.

The intention of today’s exploration will be to focus on releasing resistance and reaffirming the beauty of you through affirmations designed to celebrate your beauty, your body, and your life.

Breaking Bad Habits: Inviting Self-Acceptance
The intention of today is to bring to your attention self-judgment in the form of habits and to guide you to release this judgment and invoke self-compassion, love, and freedom. Many of us have bad habits that we may want to break. The list of bad habits can go on and on, but what is similar about all items on this list is that in the process of labeling something as a bad habit, self-judgment is involved.
The meditation in today's session will allow you to release self-judgment to enable yourself to easily adopt behaviors that align with your desires.

Mindful Eating Reboot
The intention of today is to recognize the triggers which may lead to an unconscious relationship with food and drink to recalibrate to a practice of mindful eating and create a relationship with food and drink of pleasure, joy, and health.
Many of us have been conditioned to repress how we think, feel, or believe to assimilate with others. By turning off our connection to our authentic self, we inadvertently pick up habits that may not serve our highest good. One of these habits is making eating choices that do not serve.

Reconditioning To Mindful Eating
The intention of today's session is to guide you towards recognizing the patterns that you may identify with before, during, and after eating to recalibrate your view of food to be one of joy, pleasure, and energy. Many people are not mindful while eating, which results in making choices that do not serve. These food or drink choices are filling a void that is generated from living in the past or projecting in the future, and not being fully present while eating.

Mindful Eating Through Engaging Your Senses
The intention of today is to guide you towards recognizing the patterns that may be keeping you from being present while eating and to engage your senses to invoke mindful eating of presence, satisfaction, and pleasure. Being present significantly enhances your satisfaction and pleasure while eating and drinking. Invoking your senses is an effective way to become present while eating to help you make decisions that enable you to stay in integrity with your choices.

Mindful Eating Affirmations
Today's intention is to explore affirmations designed to guide you to embrace the beauty of you, your body, and your life as you navigate your relationship with food and drink. Choose to listen to these and let them impact your subconscious, or consciously repeat them out loud or silently.
Lektion 8
Exercise As A Want, Not A Should
Today's intention is to explore your relationship with exercise, with the objective to re-engage with exercise from a place of inspiration, desire, and satisfaction. Many of us hold judgment on ourselves when it comes to exercise. Exercise is highly recommended as a way to remain healthy, strong, and fit. However, due to social conditioning, many of us have associated exercise and activity with self-image, beauty, body image, and self-worth, and as such may have an unhealthy relationship with exercise.

Wrapping It All Together: Invoking Positive Self Image
Today's intention is to guide you to connect with the truth of who you are and to reinforce the truth of your full worthiness through affirmations to celebrate you. Reconnecting fully with your whole self-worth and invoking your full self-image, beauty, and body image will help you journey to a place of acceptance, worthiness, compassion, and celebration.
Once you are aligned with your intrinsic self-worth, you will naturally express and celebrate your full wholeness and authentic self. You will feel and exude your full self-image and beauty.
