Welcome to Releasing Guilt from the Past to Enable You to Live in the Now Meditation.
This meditation is a beautiful journey for releasing guilt,
Judgment,
And regret from living in the past to free you to focus on living in the now.
The intention of this meditation is to open yourself to becoming more present,
To invoke feelings of satisfaction,
Acceptance,
And contentment.
Let us start with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in and release.
Enjoy that space between the breath in and the breath out.
That intimate space of infinite calm,
Quiet,
And peace.
Take a deep breath in.
Enjoy the gap and release.
A pattern of the human experience is our misaligned focus on the past.
This focus on the past typically induces guilt,
Regret,
And self-judgment.
The journey to peace comes to releasing the patterns of living in the past and instead conditioning yourself to live in the now.
To just be present.
To just be.
We will begin with letting go of all resistance associated with living in the past.
At any point,
If a direction does not resonate with you,
It is okay.
Remain connected with your body.
Surrender and trust that your body will always know what to do.
Scan your body,
Starting at the crown of your head and working your way down to the bottom of your feet.
As you scan,
Connect with your body to identify resistance in the form of guilt,
Judgment,
Or regret from living in the past.
This may be in the form of physical pain,
Tension,
Muscle tightness.
It may be mental thoughts or emotional feelings.
Become aware of the physical tension,
Tightness,
Or pain,
Or any other messages from your body.
Open yourself up to receiving any messages.
I'll pause a moment to give you a moment to feel into your body.
Acknowledge any messages that you may have received from your body.
Let your resistance know that you feel it,
You see it,
And you hear it.
Messages may be in the form of emotions.
Emotions may feel like guilt,
Self-judgment,
Regret,
Inability to let go or to forgive.
Messages may be in the form of a color or an image of a situation,
Incident,
Or person.
Acknowledge the messages from your body.
Trust your body will show you what you need to know either now or when you are ready.
Appreciate your sensations and messages,
The emotions,
The stories.
Pain is an opportunity for growth and expansion.
In the case of living in the past,
It's an opportunity to let go of the past and instead to embrace trust,
Flow,
And learning to be present.
And now,
After becoming aware,
Acknowledging and appreciating the resistance,
Release.
Release and release all of the resistance.
Surrender to the universe if you are not sure.
Trust that your intention will release the resistance.
Release judgment.
Release regret.
Release guilt.
Release all resistance.
Release.
Take a deep breath in of satisfaction.
And let it go.
Take a deep breath in of acceptance.
And let it go.
And take a deep breath in of contentment.
And let it go.
Enjoy the sensations.
Enjoy the pleasure.
Living in the now is the way to have a full and present life.
It's the most stable and consistent way to find wholeness and self-alignment.
Bathe yourself in the universal divine light of satisfaction.
Bathe yourself in the universal light of acceptance.
Bathe yourself in the universal divine light of contentment.
