Hi,

This is Mina.

Welcome to Overwhelmed by Life,

Invoking the life that you want inspiration.

The intention of this inspiration is to acknowledge the feelings of a life of craziness,

Overwhelming and out of control,

And invoking for you a life with feelings of grounding peace and joy.

How many times have you articulated to yourself or to another that life is crazy?

Running from activity to activity with your mind racing through all the things that you've done,

Doing and need to do,

The continuous judgment and shoulds,

The feeling of being overwhelmed,

A feeling of rush and feeling out of control,

Never truly connecting with the activity or others.

It's not the number of things on your calendar that makes you feel crazy.

It is actually not being present during these activities and between the transition between the activities.

Being present for all of your activities will enable you to feel grounded.

When being present,

If you need the space to stop to enjoy your coffee,

You create the space to enable you to refill your soul with the space that you need.

It is possible to be relaxed,

Successful,

Purposeful and productive while enjoying life.

Purposeful,

Productive,

Focus can be congruent with peaceful,

Grounded and joy.

Your opportunity is to become aware.

Become aware of how you describe your life.

Become aware of how you live your life.

Become aware of how you feel about your life.

Connect with yourself as if in third person.

As an observer,

How would you describe your life?

How would you like to describe your life?

Feel into the emotions that are invoked when you focus on how you describe your life.

Acknowledge that this is the moment where you have the choice to redefine how you would like your life to feel.

Appreciate that these contrasting feelings have actually led you to define and clarify your desires.

This is the most powerful outcome.

Recognition that your resistance leads you to your desires.

This is powerful.

Take your power back.

Release any resistance associated with life being crazy,

With feeling overwhelmed,

With too much to do,

Release.

And now create an intention of awareness to choose to be aware throughout your day by invoking your five senses and remaining present as the day unfolds.

Choose to approach life from peace,

Groundedness and joy.

As your day unfolds and you recognize moments of feeling out of control or describing your life as crazy,

Gently become aware and acknowledge this conditioning.

Appreciate this opportunity to let go and to grow and release and release and release.

Become passionate as you recondition your mind.

It has taken you years,

Sometimes a lifetime to get here.

Let it take the time that it needs to be reconditioned to a place of freedom,

The time that is best for your highest good.

These concepts will begin to integrate into your heart,

Mind,

Body and soul.

I celebrate you and your journey towards self-discovery and expansion.

I love that we have intersected today on this journey.

I welcome you to return to this inspiration or my meditation by the same name on a daily basis until you recondition yourself to embrace the life that you want to live.
