Hi,
This is Manel.
Welcome to Doing the Best that I Can,
Inspiring Self-Acceptance,
Compassion,
And Trust.
The intention of this inspiration is to release self-judgment,
Doubt,
And guilt,
And to catalyze your self-acceptance,
Compassion,
And trust.
Knowing that you're always doing the best,
The best that you can.
You can only do your best.
The journey to freedom comes by releasing the patterns of self-judgment,
Doubt,
And guilt.
These resistant feelings are all expressions of self-judgment over the past.
It is easy to look at the past and optimize what you could have done or said.
But the past is over.
And at that moment,
You could only have done your best.
The best with what you had,
The best with what you knew,
The best with who you were.
At each moment,
In the past,
You only had your best.
Likewise,
For the future,
We are not sure what the future holds.
Holding onto resistant feelings regarding the future does not serve.
Just as in the past,
All you can do in the future is your best.
Let go of judgement,
Let go of doubt,
Let go of anxiety,
Let go of it all.
And just enjoy your now.
Surrender.
Trust.
Your best will have to be the best.
Trust.
Your best is the best.
You have only done your best.
You are doing your best.
You will always do your best.
You're unable to do better than your best.
As your day unfolds,
Catch yourself if you enter the loop of self-judgment and replace it with celebration of doing your best.
Enjoy the process of being and knowing that you are always doing your best.
Return to this talk to recalibrate yourself or my meditation with the same name.
Celebrate your humanness.
Celebrate you.
You are always doing your best.
My love,
Always.
