This is Manel.
Welcome to Invoking the Life that You Want Meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to acknowledge the feelings and thoughts you may hold about your life,
Which you may at times describe as crazy,
Overwhelming or out of control and instead invoking a grounded,
Peaceful and joyous life.
I trust that this meditation serves for your highest good.
How many times have you articulated to yourself that life is crazy?
Running from activity to activity with your mind racing through all of the things that you've done,
Doing or need to do.
The mind racing,
The continuous judgment and the long list of shoulds.
It is not the number of items on your calendar that makes you feel crazy.
It is actually not being present during these activities and between the transition of these activities.
Being present for all of your activities will enable you to feel grounded and connected.
When being present,
If you need the space to stop to enjoy your coffee,
You create the space to enable you to refill your soul with the space that you need.
It is possible to be relaxed,
Successful,
Purposeful and productive while enjoying life.
We will start this meditation with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Your opportunity is to become aware.
Become aware of how you describe your life.
Become aware of how you live your life.
Become aware of how you feel about your life.
Connect with yourself in third person as an observer.
Feel into the emotions that are invoked when you focus on how you describe your life.
I'll pause a moment to give you the opportunity to connect with your soul.
Acknowledge any of the feelings that arise when you focus on your life.
Acknowledge any messages from your body.
These can come in the form of stories,
Emotions,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Visualizations,
Sounds.
Again I'll give you a longer pause to connect and to acknowledge any messages.
Take a moment to appreciate this recent awareness of how you perceive your life.
Acknowledge that this is the moment where you have the choice to define.
You can redefine how you would like your life to feel.
Recognize that this life and these underlying emotions have led you to clarity.
This is powerful.
Take your power back.
And now release,

Release all of the resistance associated with life being crazy,
Feeling overwhelmed with too much to do.
Release,
Release,

Release.
Now is a wonderful opportunity to create an intention of awareness.
To choose to be aware throughout your day by invoking your five senses and remaining present as the day unfolds.
Choose to approach life from peace,
Groundedness,
And joy.
Breathe in peace and release.
Breathe in groundedness and release.
Breathe in joy and release.
Breathe in awareness and release.
Breathe in love and release.
Shower your body with the light of the universal divine.
Light of peace.
Light of groundedness.
Light of joy.
Light of presence and light of love.
I will pause for a moment to provide you with the opportunity to create some powerful intentions that you desire for your life.

As your day unfolds and you recognize moments of feeling out of control or describing your life in a way that no longer serves,
Gently become aware and acknowledge this conditioning.
Appreciate your opportunity to let go and to grow and release.
Be compassionate as you recondition your mind.
It has taken you years to get here,
Perhaps even a lifetime.
Let it take the time that it needs to be reconditioned to a place of freedom,
The time best for your highest good.
These concepts will begin to integrate into your body,

Mind and soul.
