Welcome to this nighttime meditation with the intention to guide you to release the tension from the day to create a peaceful,
Relaxed you to allow you to fall into beautiful,
Blissful,
Deep sleep.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in and release.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in and a beautiful breath out.
Allow all of the tension from your day to release.
Imagine all the resistance in the form of tension,
Physical tightness,
Emotion,
Thoughts.
Just release from the full length of your body.
Release the tension from the back of your head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Back,
Bottom,
Legs,
And feet.
Release all that tension into your mattress and imagine that it continues to release into the deep core of the earth.
Imagine this tension releasing and returning back to the deep core.
Imagine on your in breath that the light from the core of the earth is bathing the back of your body with the light of the sun.
Take a deep breath of relaxation and release all the tension.
On your next in breath,
Imagine the universal divine light bathing the front of your body,
Showering with beautiful divine love light.
The front of your body,
Your head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Stomach,
Thighs,
Calves,
And feet.
Take a deep breath of relaxation and a deep breath out of tension.
Take a deep breath of peace and a deep breath of your tension.
Take a deep breath in of love and a breath out of all resistance.
Take a deep breath of blissful,
Beautiful deep sleep and release love.
Feel your body begin to relax and ease.
Release the tension of today.
Take a deep breath of beauty and relaxation and release.
Take a deep breath of lightness and release.
Continue to allow your resistance to melt into your body and mattress and dissolve into the core of the earth while refilling your body with love,
Peace,
And calm to guide you to deep,
Blissful,
Beautiful sleep.
