There’s A Tap for That (How to Tap)
If you are brand new to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or tapping, this is where you’ll learn the basics. You’ll learn tapping points, how to tap for yourself, and other basics for using this amazingly effective, life-changing tool. Then, we’ll start tapping your stress away together.

Self-Care With Tapping
Although I highly recommend working with a well-trained EFT practitioner on big issues, this course focuses on using tapping for yourself on a day-to-day basis. In today’s session, you’ll be inspired to try rant and tap and silent tapping, and then you’ll join in on a tap-along. All of these variations of tapping can help you learn to take good care of yourself, especially on a daily basis.

The 3 N’s: Notice It, Name it, Choose New
Tap to the power of the pause. When you can slow down and notice that you’re triggered, you can choose a new way of handling today’s triggers instead of falling back into old patterns that no longer serve you. Vicktor Frankl said, “Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” You can make better choices with increased awareness.

Releasing Limiting Beliefs
How many times have you told yourself that you’re not good enough? I want to invite you to really start listening to your stinkin’ thinkin’ - the stories that you’ve been telling yourself. Understand that they’re not true. They are just old beliefs that can be changed. Today we use the "belief cloak process" to start releasing these old beliefs and bringing in new, empowering ones.

Releasing Limiting Beliefs - Part 2
Since limiting beliefs and fears are so pervasive, we are going to do another process to release more limiting beliefs and fears today. We are using an adaptation of Lindsay Kenny’s Bundling Baggage to go deeper into releasing all those beliefs and thoughts that are holding us back from creating the life of our dreams.

Low, Slow and Smile
Today we put a few little pieces together to allow you to ground and get into your body, slow down and feel your feelings, and reset yourself with a smile; a physical change in your body, so you can get back to the joyful flow of life more quickly and with ease.

Gratitude Is A Super Power
In Linda Howe’s Book, How to Read Your Akashic Record, she uses the term “Altitude of Consciousness”. I love that term because it reminds us to notice where we are making our choices from. From the limited ego self or the Higher Self, learn to go higher in your perspective - to the Treetop View - and step into an attitude of gratitude.

Stepping Into Your Power Circle
The key to overcoming old patterns is to step out of your old patterns and into your own personal power. You have the power to be who you want to be and feel how you choose to feel. Let’s step into this power together today.

I’ve signed off of many classes with the words, “Happy tapping!” Today I want to do just that with you. Happy Tapping!
EFT Tapping is used in many ways, and one of my favorites is to simply tap to happy thoughts and feelings to raise vibration. Let’s go to your mind's happy place and tap to happy feelings together today.

Today we review the whole course and really begin creating the life of our dreams. Visualizing where you want to go. Who you want to be. How you want to feel. You create in your mind first before you create in the physical world. Let’s envision what we really want to create in our lives together today with matrix visioning.
