Welcome.

I want to invite you to join me in two deep,

Nourishing,

Calming breaths to get us centered and grounded and here together.

Let's start our time together by doing three rounds of what is known as box breathing.

When we do this breathing,

We'll be breathing in to the count of four,

Holding to the count of four,

Breathing out to the count of four,

And holding one more time to the count of four.

We'll be using this breath to help us to calm our stress,

Release our anxiety,

And get more into our bodies grounded and centered.

So joining me,

Breathe in two,

In two,

Three,

Four,

And return to your normal breathing,

Feeling a little more calm,

A little more centered,

A little more in your body.

And I want to invite you to put your hands over your heart,

Bringing your intention and your attention to your heart space,

Slowing your breathing,

Allowing your exhales to be longer than your inhales,

Calming the body even more.

And with your intention and attention here in your heart space,

I want to invite you to bring in the feeling of unconditional love.

As much as you're able,

Feel yourself being loved unconditionally.

Being in this space of love and gratitude in your heart,

Bringing in awe and appreciation into your heart,

Being truly in the present moment,

The generous present moment.

And now allow yourself to feel your connection to all people throughout the whole earth,

Our home,

Planet earth.

Just allowing your heart space to open to all the people,

All the animals,

The plants,

The trees,

The bodies of water,

Filling your connection with all.

And allow those feelings to grow stronger,

Bring in joy,

Feeling your connection,

Your connection with everyone,

Being a source for high vibration,

Divine love and energy radiating it out to all,

Broadcasting love,

Broadcasting hope,

Connection,

Joy,

And especially love.

And now imagine as you send this love out to the world,

That it is coming back to you multiplied.

It's an infinity loop.

What we put out,

We bring in,

Putting out love,

A sense of safety,

A sense of connection,

And understanding,

Compassion,

And care.

And as your energy is elevated by putting out this love and compassion,

You are strengthening your immune system.

You're letting your body know that you are safe.

You are protected.

You are health and vitality,

Filled with love,

Filled with divine connection and understanding of who you truly are,

A divine being,

Just like every other being on the planet.

So,

Allowing your physical body,

Emotional body,

Mental body,

And especially your spiritual body to be healed,

To be loved,

To be loving,

And oh so grateful.

Bringing your attention back to your heart,

Filled with love,

Filled with understanding and compassion,

Filled with health,

Vitality,

Strength,

Courage,

Power,

And joy.

We are all in this together.

Let us all feel love for one another as we grow the love in our own hearts.

And elevating your energy even higher,

More connected,

More love,

More hope,

More connection.

And take another de-nourishing breath with me.

As you begin to bring your awareness back into your body,

Back into the room,

Allowing yourself to slowly and gently come back into the here and now,

Feeling refreshed,

Renewed,

Rejuvenated,

And ready to bring this energy out into your whole day.
