This is Ruthie Cohen-Joyner welcoming you to your evening blissful meditation.
Please get into a comfortable position and take a couple deep,
Nourishing,
Relaxing breaths.
And allow your body to become totally relaxed.
Let relaxation flow down from your head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Torso,
Legs,
Feet,
All the way down to your toes.
Take a moment to think back over your day and notice what you are truly grateful for today.
Maybe the people in your life,
A special event that happened today,
Or maybe the simpler things in life such as great weather,
A comfy bed to sleep in,
Or a great workout you had today.
Just allow three to five things you are thankful for to flow into your mind.
Now,
Think about what you loved about yourself today.
Maybe you loved how you served people.
Maybe you loved what you learned today,
Or that you got several things accomplished.
It doesn't really matter what it is,
As long as you wrap yourself in loving arms of approval,
Acceptance,
And appreciation.
And now,
Imagine a golden white light coming down on you,
Showering you with divine love,
Bringing nourishment into all areas of your life.
Now radiate this love,
Divine love,
To everyone around you,
Showering everyone and everything with divine love through your heart.
Lastly,
Allow yourself to get cozy and comfy,
And simply drift off to blissful sleep with a smile on your face,
Sweet dreams forming in your mind,
Drifting gently off to sleep,
Gently drifting away in a place of love and acceptance and gratitude,
Drifting off to sleep,
Sweet dreams.
