This meditation is meant to be used with EFT tapping,
Tapping around the points,
But if you're not familiar with EFT or if you simply just don't want to do it that way,
You're welcome to just repeat after me and use this as a meditation.

Even though I have judged myself so harshly for my weight,
Today I'm choosing to be gentle and compassionate with myself.

So even though I have judged my body so harshly,
Today I'm choosing to be gentle and compassionate with myself and to send my body some love.
I choose to make today a great day.
I'm choosing to feel good about my body today.
I love feeling good about my body and my life.
I love feeling good about my body and my food choices.
I feel surprisingly calm and peaceful about my eating.
I deserve to feel good in the body God gave me.
I am attuned to my body's needs.
I choose nourishing foods to fuel my body.
I know what my body needs and I listen to my body's wisdom.
I know how much food my body needs and I choose to eat mindfully.
Eating just the right amount to nourish my body,
Easily leaving what I don't need.
Leaving excess food is now easy for me.
I am enjoying becoming more healthy and comfortable in my body.
I am now releasing excess weight with ease.
I take loving care of my body,
Releasing self judgment,
Releasing fears and doubts.
I'm learning to nurture myself more and more each day.
Choosing to do fun and fulfilling things.
I listen to my body's wisdom and I easily choose nourishing foods for my body.
And I move my body in fun ways every day.
I deserve health and happiness.
And I'm choosing to feel content with my progress.
Knowing that everything is happening in divine right order.
Choosing faith over worry and judgment.
Allowing myself to feel calm and peaceful.
Feeling confident about releasing excess weight.
Knowing that I can do this.
