Welcome and thank you for joining me for this uplifting tapping meditation.
This meditation is meant to be used with EFT tapping,
Where you tap around the points while you're repeating after me.
If you choose not to do the tapping and just want to repeat after me as a meditation,
That's absolutely fine.
Do what feels right to you today.
So repeating after me,
Even though I have felt so stressed and worried,
I'm choosing to relax and to send myself some love,
Even though I'm feeling so stressed out.
I'm choosing to accept how I feel and send myself some love.
So even though I'm feeling so stressed out,
So worried,
I'm choosing to relax and accept how I feel and send myself some love.
I'm feeling so stressed.
So much stress and worry.
Sometimes I just feel this way.
And it's okay to feel however I feel.
I'm choosing to be accepting of all of my feelings.
Noticing where I feel it in my body and sending that part of my body some love.
And now I'm choosing to release as much stress and worry as I can.
Releasing and letting it go.
Releasing negative thoughts and blocks that have held me back.
Forgiving myself for feeling stressed.
Being accepting of how I feel.
And releasing and letting go what is ready to go today.
Forgiving myself and others.
Feeling emotionally and physically lighter.
Letting it all go.
Let's take a deep breath together here.
Noticing that I am okay.
That I am safe.
And I am choosing to be calm and peaceful in this moment.
Choosing to see myself filled with joy and love.
Knowing that I truly am okay.
Remembering that anything is possible.
And with God all things are possible.
Knowing that I am co-creating the life of my dreams.
Feeling calm and confident.
Energized.
Abundant.
Light-hearted and playful.
Feeling balanced and gentle.
Calm and relaxed.
Feeling healthy.
Filled with vitality and energy.
Knowing that I am loved and lovable.
Feeling accepted.
Appreciated.
Strong.
Creative.
Happy.
Feeling so alive and so grateful.
Bringing high vibration positive energy into everything I do.
Being a radiant light and letting my light shine in the world.
Serving from my heart.
Feeling truly blessed and being a blessing in my world.
And I am so so grateful.
And I want to ask you to stop tapping.
