Good morning and welcome to a new day.

This is Ruthie,

Cohen Joiner,

And you are listening to the Blissful Morning Meditation.

Get into a comfortable position that you can stay in for the next 10 to 15 minutes.

Take a couple deep,

Nourishing,

Relaxing breaths.

And allow your body to become totally relaxed.

Let relaxation flow down from your head,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Torso,

Legs,

Feet,

All the way down to your toes.

And now imagine golden white light showering down on you like liquid love coming down from above into your body,

Reawakening love in your brain,

Your heart,

And your soul.

See this liquid love bringing nourishment and divine love into all areas of your life.

Now radiate this love,

Divine love,

From your heart out to those closest to you,

Your family members,

Your friends,

Your neighbors,

Your city or town,

Your country,

And now out to the whole world,

Showering everyone and everything with divine love through your heart.

Now think of at least three things that leave you feeling truly grateful and blessed.

Maybe people,

Recent events,

Or something coming up in the near future.

Really allow yourself to be in a space of gratitude in your heart.

Think of someone who has upset you or left you feeling angry or hurt.

And now allow forgiveness to flow into your heart as you think of this person.

This may take several times to achieve true forgiveness for this person,

But it's worth continuing to release the resentment or hurt for yourself.

Just imagine blessing him or her with forgiveness,

Compassion,

And understanding.

And now imagine showering yourself in forgiveness for all your mistakes and how you may have seen yourself as unworthy.

Really allow yourself to feel this forgiveness and compassion for yourself.

Expand this feeling now into feeling love for yourself,

Wrapping yourself up in self-love like loving arms holding you,

Accepting yourself,

Approving of yourself,

Appreciating yourself.

And expand that into feelings of love and acceptance for your body,

Letting go of all forms of self-hate and judgment.

Allow yourself to really feel grateful for the beautiful body that you have.

Maybe even allow yourself to make friends with your inner critic,

Understanding that she is just trying to help you.

Now call back to yourself all the energy and power you've given away.

Know that you are truly a child of God,

Worthy and deserving of everything you desire.

Commit to showing up for yourself.

Ask your unseen helpers to support you in growing your self-love,

Self-power,

And confidence as you imagine yourself standing in a power pose,

Receiving this divine love and power.

And now I want to invite you to imagine your ideal day.

See yourself going through your daily routine and everything you have planned for the day.

See it all unfolding in the best way possible for everyone involved.

See the smile on your face and the bounce in your step,

Knowing that you are creating your best day yet,

Spreading love everywhere you go.

Maybe even ask yourself,

What else can I give?

Who can I bless today?

Just now imagine the life of your dreams,

Living your dreams,

Feeling how wonderful this life feels.

Really sink into the feelings of being who you choose to be.

And the best you,

You can be.

See little vignettes of your best life.

Your money,

Your career,

Your relationships.

See it,

Feel it,

Believe it.

Be there now in your mind's eye.

Make it as real as possible and then grow that vision and feeling even stronger.

See it,

Feel it,

Believe it.

Be there now in your mind's eye.

Lastly,

Come back to that golden white light of divine love bathing you in liquid love.

Grow that feeling ten times stronger now in your heart.

A hundred times stronger,

A thousand times stronger and broadcast out the happiness,

The joy,

The bliss,

The love that you feel to all.

All people,

All animals,

All plants to the whole planet,

The universe and beyond.

Really bask in this love,

Feeling your connection to your divine source.

And from this sacred space of love and gratitude,

Allow yourself to slowly come back to here and now,

Feeling refreshed,

Energized,

Powerful and ready to let your light truly shine in the world today.
