Each stage will offer you insight and understanding into the nature of the mind/body resulting in a clearer pathway towards the timeless and infinite being. Immerse yourself within a new perspective through the teachings of this course helping discover self-love. We all have a past and emotional junk we don't need but unconsciously hold onto as baggage. Once liberated, it offers freedom and peacefulness. Having a more in-depth understanding of these subjects will allow you to build new concepts, sharpening your awareness to create a more expansive state of consciousness. Lektion 1
Breath
A yogi measures the span of life by the number of breaths, not by the number of years. The faster you breathe, the more accelerated the aging process. In today's lesson, we deepen our understanding of the breath through practice and meditation.
Lektion 2
Ego
The Ego-Mind can captivate and seduce your attention - leaving you thinking about the past or rehearsing future outcomes. The Ego loves to make you dwell on worst-case scenarios feeding anxious energy into the body. In today's lesson, we learn about the Ego and practice a meditation to help expose the ego-mind.

Attention
The brain is designed to process information. It's next to impossible to stop thinking when the "attention" is in the brain, making it very easy for us to get lost in our thoughts. We are captivated by the Ego-Mind when we constantly identify with the influx of thought processes, resulting in an unconscious state. In today's lesson, we learn about attention and how to cultivate this powerful element of our consciousness.

Emotions & Feelings
Emotions are like the currency of the body. If we invest in the wrong people, experiences, or things, we may feel robbed of our energy. Learning how to invest our emotions wisely is essential for a healthy being, and also aids to prevent feelings of suffering. In today's lesson, we learn how to observe our emotions to better manage our feelings.
Lektion 5
Suppression
Emotional baggage can hold us back from being our full potential. Redundant emotional patterns haunt our state of presence, hindering our personal development, and preventing us from experiencing true self-love. In today's session, we will learn essential insights, followed by a meditation to help us create space between the observer and the feeling.
Lektion 6
Emotional Freedom
Think of the body as a battery that is fully charged with energy. Our battery starts to lose energy when the body experiences traumatic and stressful experiences. To be emotionally free is to be fully liberated from the shackles of the past. In today's lesson, we will learn how to liberate unwanted feelings from the body.
Lektion 7
Emotional Freedom (Part 2)
Implicit memories are deeply embedded memories that you have no conscious awareness of. These memories can have a strong emotional charge behind them. When you get angry or react in a negative way, it never happens in the presence of your being, the reaction comes from an emotional wound. Somewhere in your past, there may be emotions you have not liberated yet. In today's lesson, we go deeper into our understanding of emotional freedom.

I AM Affirmations
I AM affirmations can be thought of as a powerful declaration that helps program the subconscious into a new state of mind. By reciting I AM affirmations as a daily practice you can quickly move away from the limiting beliefs that you hold. In today's lesson, we will use explore the power of I AM affirmations.
Lektion 9
Building Presence
Presence is not something we grasp as enlightenment is not something we achieve. It is something we become exposed to and aware of. The present moment is always the same, a space of creation allowing the dance of life to take place. One moment stretched out into eternity. In today's lesson, we will cultivate our inner presence.
Lektion 10
Personal Power
Connecting with your personal power means going deep within the body's intelligence system to connect to the source. Believing in the power of this intelligence will amplify your connection to the source. In today's lesson, we will explore this innate ability to connect with a higher state of consciousness.
Lektion 11
Connecting To Your True Self
You were born into this world with pure awareness, with no concepts, no ideas or judgments, and a fresh open mind experiencing the gift of life. However, throughout our journey, we accumulate experiences, some good, some bad, conditioning our bodies to feel a certain way based on past emotional patterns. In today's session, we return to our True Selves experiencing life as pure consciousness.
