Before the first word was spoken,

There was silence.

After the last word is spoken,

There will be silence.

We evolve in the silence.

Silence is an ancient master that has always been and always will be.

There is an immense power to be harnessed through the space of silence.

A power source that can be plugged into.

But first,

You must fine tune your mind,

Allowing your thoughts to subside.

Then slowly,

There will be a pulse.

Beat by beat,

The space will grow.

You must feel this with your being,

Allowing the magnetic power of your heart to tune into this deep space.

The mind will never truly grasp the essence of silence as it transcends the psychological state of experience.

It is experienced between your thoughts.

It is experienced between your words.

Noticing this gap,

Pay attention to this space.

It will start to nourish the tree of inner wisdom.

The tree grows as the space grows.

Embrace this space for long enough and the tree will blossom,

Harvesting the fruit of true knowledge in silence.

A wise man once said nothing and silence spoke to him and gave him the gift of awareness.

Can you be aware without any judgment?

Can you let go of every thought that comes into your mind?

In this meditation,

We will go deep into the space that arises from silence.

You will connect to a deeper dimension of experience,

Allowing this great teacher to connect you to your body's wisdom,

Your body's intelligence.

Sit in any comfortable meditative posture.

Lean a nice straight back with its natural curves.

Place your hands on your knees in any mudra or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.

Slowly close your eyes and mouth and start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose,

Out through the nose.

Notice your breath for the next few moments and center yourself in this present moment.

Take in a few deep breaths,

Filling your lungs up with oxygen and exhaling slowly,

Breathing in deeper by using your diaphragm,

Pushing your belly out in the inhalation and relaxing your belly on the exhalation.

A few more deep breaths anchoring your being into this moment.

Now let your breath go.

Just allow your natural breath to take place.

Letting go of all control and just witnessing your natural rhythmic breath.

Sense your body simply resting here and now.

What does your body feel like?

Allow your senses to function as they are.

There is a subtle awareness in the background.

Can you sense this awareness?

The awareness is like a space.

Try and sense the space.

Thoughts arise in this space.

Let them go.

Let them come.

Let them go.

Notice the sense of being,

The sense of presence.

Be here in this moment.

Not wanting.

Not waiting or wanting.

Just simply here and now.

Let go of all expectations right now.

Let go of all concepts in this moment.

There is no such thing as next.

Allow your inner presence to expand with each breath.

Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into this experience.

Let go of the concept of time because you are timeless.

Let go of the concept of space because your consciousness is ever-expansive.

Experience this moment from a deeper aspect of your being,

A deeper dimension of experience.

Letting go of the mind.

Just feel this moment move through you,

Like energy moving through a power line.

Thoughts are like clouds passing by.

There's no need to cling or attach your being to any thought.

Whatever comes,

Comes.
