Welcome to another stress-fit meditation.
The third eye,
Also known as the mind's eye,
Is an energy center located on the forehead between the eyebrows.
Carrying the potential of pure vision and perception,
The third eye is considered to be the organ of supreme,
Universal connection.
The ancient texts refer to the third eye as the Ajna Chakra,
The center of intuition and foresight.
The ancient Egyptians believed that the third eye could open the multi-dimensional door in your senses and thus allow us to escape the limitations of our materialistic world.
Most people do not have access to the mind's eye since they fall into the traps of their own ego,
Striving for only material gains and focusing only on the physical aspect of their life.
In turn,
This will suppress the mind's eye,
Leaving the soul malnourished.
It is easy to fall into the ego trap by ignoring the spiritual senses and only using the physical eyes resulting in a box blocking the intuitive perception of the real world.
But once activated,
Our third eye gives us an access to a deeper knowledge of spiritual truths and expands our consciousness,
Ultimately giving us the ability to transcend the human ego.
A wise sage once said,
The eyes are useless when the mind is blind.
Your third eye is the heart of your mind and in this meditation we will awaken your third eye.
Take a moment to get comfortable in a meditative posture.
Maintain a nice,
Straight back throughout this practice.
Rest your hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.
Now gently close your eyes and mouth and notice your breath.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Continue to breathe deeply for the next few moments.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Now let your breath go.
Just allow your natural,
Harmonious breath to take place.
Just let your breath be as it is.
Now be aware of your body.
What does your body feel like?
Scan your body up and down.
Be mindful of any physical sensations that may arise.
Feel the aliveness within your body now.
Bring a quality of awareness to your face.
Shoulders.
Chest.
Back.
Arms.
Hands.
Belly.
Legs.
Feet.
Be aware of your whole body now.
Scanning your body up and down.
Stay connected to your body.
Invite the relaxation to spread more and more throughout your entire body.
Deeply all the way through you.
Relaxing you more and more.
Now channel your attention to a point between your eyebrows.
Be aware of your third eye.
Recognize that this is the area where your third eye is.
And now try to become aware of your third eye.
Visualize a radiating light in the center.
See golden light rays,
Much like the sun,
Radiating light in all directions.
Feel the aliveness within your body now.
Let go and dissolve any fear,
Anxiety,
Or uncertainty by exhaling through your mouth.
Channel all these emotions out of the body,
Leaving your body with the exhale.
Allow all your stresses to leave with the breath.
Take a deep breath in and exhale all your unsettled energy out of your mouth.
Just let go.
With each inhale,
Feel your body charging up in light.
With each exhale,
Release all your stress.
Inhaling,
Rejuvenation.
Exhaling,
Release.
Inhaling,
Rejuvenation.
Exhaling,

Keep your attention anchored in your mind's eye.
See and feel the golden light radiating bigger and bigger from your third eye center.
Immerse your being in this golden light as it will shift your frequency into a higher state where only positive experiences can happen.
Relax and allow it to happen.

Create an atmosphere in which you can relax,
Focus on your breath,
Channel unwanted emotions and thoughts out of the mouth with the exhale.
And begin to feel connected with your third eye center.
Allowing this light to grow bigger and bigger.
Sending gentle beams of light in all directions,
Becoming stronger and stronger.
Inhaling,
Recharge.
Exhaling,
Release.

Feel your body becoming lighter and lighter as more and more light flows through your third eye and throughout your entire body.
Letting go even more now,
Allowing yourself to go deeper into your third eye.
Stay focused in your mind's eye.

Now I would like you to call on your inner strength and intuitive wisdom to send a message asking for guidance and support and set the intention that you want to evolve into the higher centers of creation.
Now really feel and see golden rays of light beaming out of your third eye.
Allow the golden light to continue to flow through you and out your third eye.
Now I want you to see and feel cosmic light rays enter through your crown,
Lighting up your body,
Illuminating your whole body,
Feeling your consciousness expand.
Now really feel and see golden rays of light beaming out of your third eye.

Now really feel and see golden rays of light beaming out of your third eye.
Now connect with your higher self and ask it to fill you with the most vibrant,
Pure light.
See and feel this light enter through your crown.
Now really feel and see this light enter through your crown.
Now I would like you to breathe in and out through your third eye center.
Breathe in and feel your third eye opening up and drawing in this golden light and then breathing out and releasing all the golden light.
Your breath is moving this energy into your body and then out.
Continue breathing in and out through your third eye center for the next few moments.

Aligning you to higher states of consciousness.
