Your mind is the brain in action.

The action taken by the brain is from your attention.

When your attention is expressed through the brain,

It becomes alive and thinking happens.

Your mind is the processor of thoughts.

When you are in the construct of the mind,

It is quite difficult to stop the thinking mechanism.

In order to transcend the thinking mind,

You must channel your attention into one point of focus.

Whether it be your breath,

Your body,

A mantra,

Or even an object of desire,

They all serve as channels to higher states of consciousness.

When your mind is fixated on one focus,

Thoughts start to subside,

Allowing you to channel your energy beyond the thinking realm.

Thinking consumes a high volume of energy.

By harnessing this vital energy,

The mind is able to enter more creative states.

All true artists,

Whether they know it or not,

Create from a place of no mind,

From inner stillness.

Inner stillness can only be achieved by transcending the mind.

In this stillness,

You become nothing but have access to everything.

A wise sage once said,

Silence is the eloquent expression of the inexpressible.

Find a comfortable position for this meditation.

Maintain a comfortable straight back.

And gently close your eyes and mouth.

Let's start by taking in some long,

Deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

In through the nose.

And out through the nose.

Center your awareness into your body.

Feel your body.

Feel your breath.

Now,

I want you to listen to the sound of your breath.

Carefully listen to the in-going breath.

And then closely pay attention to the sound of the outgoing breath.

And then close your eyes.

And then close your eyes.

And then close your eyes.

Feel the sensations of your breath.

Feel the coolness with each inhalation.

Feel the calmness with each exhalation.

Each time you exhale,

Let go a little bit more.

Empty yourself into the stillness.

Dissolve into the open.

Emerge with the tension into the space of silence.

Open your mind's eye and see into your vast inner space of consciousness.

Merge with the infinite where all things are united.

You are now entering the unified awareness,

The collective consciousness.

Send all of your senses into a state of pure stillness and observe,

Letting go a little bit more with each breath as you go deeper and deeper into the stillness.

Feel the power of the grace you inhabit when you sit in stillness.

Come this undivided presence where there is no perceiver,

Where there is no perceived.

Feel the bliss of pure perception.

Feel the wave of relaxation take over your body.

Allow each breath to take you deeper into your being.

Feel the vibration of your being.

Feel the animation that fuels your body.

You are now entering a state beyond thought.

In this state you are invincible,

Limitless,

Formless,

Deathless.

No obstructions,

No judgments.

Just feel the flow of energy moving throughout your body.

Can you sense your true nature?

You are no thing.

You are no one.

You just are an essence,

An expression of the absolute.

Letting go even more now as you fall deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation and simply observing.

With each passing breath you enter a new beginning.

Free to be whoever you want to be.

You are an expression of creative energy and you are reborn with each breath.

The thoughts you have are not you.

Let go of them.

They are just manifestations in your field of awareness.

You are consciousness and that is far greater than any thought.

Feel your greatness.

Feel it pulsating with every cell in your body.

There are no answers.

Your mind is redundant in this state.

You are pure sensation.

Allow yourself to disappear.

This will allow you to finally feel all that can possibly be felt without the cognitive side of your being.

Understand yourself and transcend thinking.

I will repeat a mantra for you and I would like you to repeat it as well.

My voice will fade and as it does I would like yours to speak up.

You can either do this internally or externally.

With each passing breath I am an expression of the infinite.

With each passing breath I am reborn as pure expression of creative energy.

With each passing breath I enter a new beginning free to be whoever I want to be.

With each passing breath I am an expression of the infinite.

With each passing breath I am reborn as pure expression of creative energy.

With each passing breath I enter a new beginning free to be whoever I want to be.

With each passing breath I am an expression of the infinite.

With each passing breath I am reborn as pure expression of creative energy.

With each passing breath I enter a new beginning free to be whoever I want to be.

With each passing breath I am an expression of the infinite.

And we can end this meditation now by gently opening your eyes,

Moving your hands,

Arms,

Feet and legs around and perhaps giving thanks for this experience.
