Setting A Strong Intention

Today, you’ll set a powerful intention for sacred partnership by tuning into your intuition, the golden compass at your heart center. This is your greatest source of guidance for love when you learn to trust it over all the other voices in your life. You’ll also discover how filling up with self-love will start magnetizing loving people to you. Finally, you’ll learn feng shui tips for turning your home into a “love nest,” a welcoming space for a new beloved.

Identifying Your Stories, Patterns, and Payoffs

Today, you’ll take a compassionate look at your relationship history, which will help pave the way for a happier future with love. You’ll discover how your early woundings may have led you to repeat particular patterns in your dating life and relationships, as well as the subconscious payoffs you’ve received from those patterns. By becoming aware of those payoffs, you can trade them in for what you truly desire and deserve with love.

Boosting Your Self-Worth

Today, you’ll learn how to claim sacred partnership as your birthright – something you are deeply worthy of. The first step is to heal any painful emotions hiding underneath your old stories about love, which you identified in the previous session. You’ll learn a self-compassion practice for gently clearing out those old wounds, and then refilling your container with a powerful sense of your own worthiness for deep, lasting love.

Getting Clear

Once you’ve cleared out the old, you’re ready to bring in your new and highest vision for partnership. Today, you’ll learn how to identify the five core values you personally need in a sacred partner – and resolve to become involved only with people who hold those values. You’ll also discover the wisdom of surrendering the smaller details to the Universe, which may hold a broader perspective about how this sacred partnership will play out in your life.

Lektion 5

Manifestation & Surrender

Today, you’ll learn the power of combining surrender with manifestation to bring you closer to sacred love. To practice manifestation, you’ll learn tried and true “law of attraction” exercises for raising your vibration and your attraction set point for love. To practice surrender, you’ll learn how easing into a place of deep receptivity can increase your awareness of golden opportunities that come along – and how to act on them with courage. My sacred partner, Darrin Kagele, joins me for this talk.

Becoming Inspired

It’s now time to take inspired action steps towards love, all while holding the high vibration you’ve cultivated in the last two sessions. You’ll learn best practices for meeting people with the core values you identified in Lesson 4, which will help you to get targeted about dating for your sacred partner. You’ll also discover how to make dating fun again by taking a lighthearted approach to connecting with kindred spirits, both online and off.

Getting Brave

Today is all about courage! In the past, you may have “played it safe” with dating by making choices that kept you in your comfort zone. In this session, you’ll learn how to welcome miracles into your love life by bravely reaching out to “worthy contenders” for your sacred partner – people you find highly attractive and who also resonate with your vision. When you act boldly, you send a strong message to the Universe that you’re ready for love.

Lektion 8

Staying Aligned with Your Vision

In this session, you’ll learn best practices for preparing for dates and early encounters with new people. You’ll also commit to honoring your “yes” with courage, and honoring your “no” with honesty and kindness. Too often, we’re advised to “give it more time” if someone doesn’t feel right early on. This can delay you from sacred partnership, since you are working against your intuition. Instead, you’ll discover how to compassionately let go of someone who isn’t right for you.

Lektion 9

Keeping the Faith

Today, we will continue our discussion of how to date differently – especially when disappointment arises. While this can happen with dating, it does not have to be a major setback. You’ll learn how to take control of the meaning you make from a disappointment, and quickly return to unshakable faith that love is for you. This is one of the essential keys that will ultimately unlock the door to your sacred partnership.

Lektion 10

Conscious Communication

In our final session, you’ll learn valuable communication tools for dating and relationships. After hearing explanations and role plays between me and my sacred partner, Darrin, you’ll learn how to give empathy to others, and how to express your feelings and needs in a way that others can hear you. Our practice is based on Marshall Rosenberg’s renowned system of Non-Violent Communication. You’ll also learn to stay rooted in your intention as your journey to sacred love continues to unfold.
