The intention of today will be to open your heart to realign with feelings of compassion, joy, and love. The heart represents our capacity to allow love to be the center of life, to follow our desires, to learn to love ourselves as a catalyst to love others, to learn to forgive, and to become open to receiving. When the heart is in healthy alignment with your authentic self, you feel surrounded by love, compassion, and joy, and connected to the world around you. You feel open to all experiences of life, with flow and ease. The mantra that resonates with the nurturing and self-compassion of the heart is “I love”.

The intention of today is to re-establish the relationship between your heart and mind and to guide you to activate a heart-centered, rather than mind-led, expression of self. With your heart at the command center, you will live in harmony with your true self and activate a life of inspiration, compassion, and love.

The intention of today is to guide you to embrace compassion towards yourself, others, and life to establish a life full of peace, love, and freedom. Compassion is the highest expression of projecting love onto a situation. Compassion is an expression of love towards anyone, anything, or any situation.

Replacing Sympathy with Compassion
The intention of today is to guide you towards letting go of sympathy and embracing compassion towards yourself, others, and life to establish a life full of peace, love, and freedom. We are conditioned to feel sympathy for ourselves and others. Although sympathy reflects a wonderful human trait and a sign of emotional intelligence, the journey to replacing this quality with compassion will liberate you to recognize the beauty of you and everyone around you as well the innate beauty in the human journey.

Replacing Empathy with Compassion
The intention of today is to guide you towards letting go of empathy and embracing compassion towards yourself, others, and life to establish a life full of peace, love, and freedom. We are conditioned to feel empathy for ourselves and others. Although empathy reflects a wonderful human trait and a sign of emotional intelligence, the journey to replacing this quality with compassion will liberate you to recognize the beauty of you and everyone around you as well as the innate beauty in the human journey.

Honoring Your Emotional Journey
The intention of today is to guide you towards releasing the judgment you may hold on emotions you experience as part of your human journey and allow you to embrace self-compassion. Many of us are frequently affected by those around us. We constantly watch the stories of the world around us, which naturally invokes our human reactions through emotion and feeling. Emotion is a natural part of the human experience, and all emotions help us grow.

Compassion Affirmations
The intention of today is to manifest affirmations of compassion. The following affirmations are designed to guide you to embrace the beauty of being human. The beauty of being you. The beauty of you. Choose to listen to these and let them impact your subconscious as you meditate, or consciously repeat them out loud or in your mind.

Crafting Your Life of Compassion Wrap-Up
The intention of today is to empower you to continue your exploration towards activating a heart-centered expression of self. With your heart at the command center, you will live in harmony with your true self and activate a life of inspiration, compassion, and love. Let go of the concept of time and honor that your shift will occur at the time best for your highest good.
