Lektion 1
Higher Light Decree: Becoming Your Higher Self
This is the opening track in the Becoming Your Higher Self Course. This track is designed to clear all psychic agreements, contracts, vows, interference from any lifetime that seeks to limit or block your connection to your Higher Self.
This includes any limitations accepted in any lifetime from any religious authority, religious figure or any spiritual teacher that interferes with your true connection to your Higher Self.
Lektion 2
Prayer To The Higher Self
Begin this prayer by focusing on the cycle of your breath. On the inbreathe imagine breathing light into the sacral and allowing that light to grow with each breath into a sparkling sphere of pure pranic light. Asking your Body Elemental to assist you in holding this light and building this light in the sacral centre.
As this sphere of light builds imagine calling it up into your heart and from there into your hands. And into this sphere of light say the following prayer mentally or out aloud. Once the prayer has been repeated three times you will be asked to surrender the sphere of light carrying your prayer to the sun, to the Temple of the Higher Self.

Raising Your Love Vibration
This track focuses on raising your love vibration in order for your Higher Self to more powerfully connect with you.
In this track we call your Higher Self, a guide and an Angel of Light to form a triangle around you, sending love to your body, allow your body to drink in this transmission of love, so that every cell of your body can begin to fill with the vibration of love.
This love vibration will slowly filter through to your thoughts and feelings, allowing a greater smoothness in your emotional body and lower mental body.
Lektion 4
Activating Your Inner Guidance
In this track we call your Higher Self to begin to surround you in a protective cocoon of light.
Into this cocoon your Higher Self initiates a waterfall of white light through your energy fields, clearing any lower energies you picked up in this 3D World that are ready to be released now.
We call on your Higher Self to begin to clear any veils over your third eye, throat, then crown. Allowing an opening of your gifts and abilities in the higher centres to communicate with your Higher Self. There is also a clearing of the heart and the lower three energy centres.
There is an opportunity to call on guidance from your Higher Self in this track on a specific issue.
Lektion 5
Enlightened Thoughts
This track focuses on infusing more light into your lower mental body, your mind. Allowing a greater sense of illumination in the mind.
Every thought that passing across the screen of your mind is infused with a higher light allowing your thoughts to soften and move more slower and brightly.
As this process happens your Higher Self also begins to connect down to your lower mental body located in your Solar Plexus.
You are invited to bring to mind an issue or challenge where your thinking needs a shift. You are also invited to bring to mind a dream or project where more light can be infused in your thinking about this dream or project.
Lektion 6
Shifting Your Energy
In this track there is a level of merging with the Higher Self, especially in the lower three chakras. Your Higher Self’s light begins to infuse your ego personality selves with love and light. Embracing all aspects of your ego in love. Embracing any part of you that needs more love, more light right now.
Your Higher Self’s light to begin to link more strongly your personal will situated in the Solar Plexus with the higher will of the Higher Self. Enabling your Higher Self to guide you more effectively as you move through this world.
Your Higher Self sends light to any recurring pattern in your life that needs more light, perhaps a pattern that manifests as stuckness, stress, unhappiness, isolation, disconnection. Then light is sent to any situation that does not feel very high frequency. One that carries a certain emotional charge for you. Finally, light is sent to your day ahead.
Lektion 7
The Solar Gatekeeper
In this track we call to your Higher Self once again to begin to descend from the sun as a figure of light. You might sense your Higher Self as a great Solar Angel embracing you in wings of golden light.
There will be an opportunity to ask your Higher Self expand your ability to receive more of your highest good in one specific area of your life such as health, relationships, abundance, or soul purpose. Just imagine all resistance to your highest good in this area can be gently dissolved in light allowing this area of your life to expand, allowing more possibility, new opportunities, new levels of joy and magic into this area.
Please know that your Higher Self is also your Golden Gatekeeper on the inner planes meaning the one that allows certain guides and angels to work with you. In this meditation we ask your Higher Self to connect you now with those guides and angels that wish to assist you in increasing the light you can hold in this one area of your life.
Lektion 8
Temple Of Light
In this track your Higher Self creates a column of white-rainbow light around you and anchors this into the core of the earth. This column of light extends up into the higher dimensions to a space that is a gateway or portal into the Universal Mind, also known as the Akashic Records or Soul Records. Here, you meet a guide who leads you to explore three rooms.
The first door represents a space where you had a positive yet challenging lifetime. In this lifetime you managed to overcome certain challenges to develop certain soul qualities that you seek to reactivate in this lifetime.
The second door connects to a space representing a positive life with far fewer challenges where you had the time and space to focus on developing certain skills or gifts that would be useful to remember and reactivate in this lifetime. Perhaps the skill of light language, whether written, drawn, spoken or sung. Perhaps the skill of healing or manifesting.
The third door connects to the energy of an unmanifest dream, something you have yet to create. Something important for you to create in this lifetime.
Lektion 9
Your Path Of Highest Light
In this track we call on your Higher Self to reveal your life as a pathway through a landscape. This pathway may appear smooth and straight, or perhaps slightly twisting. it may appear more challenging, perhaps steep in certain places, narrow, unstable or even broken in certain places. The landscape may seem green and fertile or it may appear more barren or somewhere in-between.
We call on your Higher Self to begin to transmit light to this path, allowing a healing in any places where the path seems broken. Allowing a strengthening in any places whee the path seems weak. Sending light into any places that hold the energy of stuckness or struggle or unnecessary challenge. Allowing the whole path to become stronger, smoother and brighter.
Lektion 10
Frequencies Of Flow
In this track your Higher Self once again begins to descend from the sun as a figure of light. again you might sense your Higher Self as a great Solar Angel embracing you in wings of golden light.
Feel your Higher Self shift your energy, sending frequencies of light into your heart, into your third eye. Connecting and gently expanding the channel between heart and head. Allowing your heart and head to work in unison. And in this unison allowing a greater sense of flow in your thoughts and feelings.
Allow your Higher Self to draw down the inner channel from the heart to your base chakra. Connecting and gently expanding the channel between heart and base. Allowing a greater unity between head, heart and physical body.
Allow your Higher Self to upgrade all the threads of energy connecting you to the people and situations in your life. Some of these threads need to be cleared and dissolved. Some need to be infused with frequencies of flow to allow a higher connection.
Allow your Higher Self to begin to send light into the cells and also the subatomic levels of your being. Allowing the frequencies of flow to be absorbed at these levels. Allowing trust and surrender at a deep level of your being.
