Thank you Steve. All was going well until the container visualisation - mine was an old fashioned chest, so when it came to changing the container to a swimming pool, I saw a pool filled with water, likewise with the lake, so couldn't envisage the rest of the guidance related to the container. Maybe I should listen again without visualising and just focus on the words. I've still rated it a 5 because I recognise that this is a query personal to me and which I haven't experienced before with any of your other transmissions, so it's not a criticism of this transmission which is, as with all your transmissions, an amazing gift for which I am so thankful 🙏🎉🦋🌻💜
