Baba Yaga's Hut: Journey Through Pregnancy, Birth & Becoming

With Katarina Scott

Long ago, storytellers spoke of a mysterious hut that wandered the forest on giant wooden legs. It appeared only to those standing at the edge of profound transformation. Inside lived Baba Yaga, not as a villain, but as the keeper of thresholds, welcoming travelers who were becoming someone new. In this eight-part Haunted Mindfulness series, you'll journey through that ancient forest while learning evidence-informed mindfulness, nervous system regulation, breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and self-compassion practices for pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood. This isn't about achieving the "perfect" birth. It's about developing the skills to meet uncertainty with curiosity, soften unnecessary tension, listen to your body with kindness, and carry steadiness into one of life's greatest transformations. Whether you're newly pregnant, nearing birth, preparing for parenthood, or simply longing for a gentler way to navigate change, the hut is waiting.
