Welcome to the meditation to create the feelings you choose to feel.
Begin sitting,
Feet planted firmly on the ground,
Spine erect,
And palms placed face down on your legs,
Grounding into the earth,
Connecting with the earth's energy.
Begin to feel that strong foundation beneath you.
Eyes are gently closed,
Turned upward towards the third eye.
As your spine lengthens and your feet root deep into the earth,
You begin to feel space between each vertebrae,
From your tailbone to the top of your head.
Length,
Space,
Energy flowing through your body,
Energizing your nervous system,
Activating your mind and your heart.
Breathing through the nose into the belly,
Exhale,
Belly pulls in towards the spine,
Release the air through the nose.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale,
Release the air through the nose.
Exhale,
Release the air through the nose,
Release the air through the nose.
Inhale through the nose,
Expand the belly,
Fill the belly deep into the lungs,
Fill up your body with energy,
With light,
With fresh air.
Exhale,
Release slowly,
Release the breath,
Contract the tummy,
Squeeze the lungs,
For new,
Fresh oxygen.
Inhale again,
Lengthen the spine,
Expand the belly,
Make room for the lungs to expand,
Inhale,
Sip in a little bit more air through the nose,
Sip in a little bit more,
Inhale,
Inhale all the way up to the top of the lungs,
Inhale,
Expand,
Stretch your lungs,
Hold the breath,
Exhale slowly through the nose.
It's like wringing out the lungs,
Letting go of anything left over you don't need,
Make room for new,
Healthy,
Clean air.
As you begin to find your breath,
Notice the softness in your face,
Even a gentle smile on your lips,
Allows you to tune in to your core desire,
The feelings that you choose to feel.
Let's discover what lights you up.
We'll begin by choosing ease and peace,
Strength and confidence.
What does that look like for you?
Begin to create a vision in your mind,
An image of what that looks like to be at peace,
Or at ease,
Strong and healthy,
Confident,
Calm.
Maybe in your mind's eye you see the letters of the words,
Or maybe you see an image of calm,
Happy.
Imagine now that there's a light from your forehead,
The middle of your forehead,
Out in front of you onto a screen.
And on that screen you see the images,
Whether it's words or pictures,
Of ease,
Peace,
Strength,
Health,
Confidence,
Happiness,
Excitement.
See the colors that paint this picture.
Maybe you're even seeing a light,
Hearing sounds,
Smelling the air,
Feeling the sand on your feet,
Between your toes if you're on a beach,
Or maybe the smell of flowers if you're on a meadow,
The sun warming your face.
This image is projected from your mind onto the screen in front of you,
Creating a very clear picture of what you would like to create.
I want you to see that image very clearly with all your senses.
Feel it,
Smell,
See the colors,
The brilliant colors,
The warmth on your skin.
Now notice the image that you've created for yourself is encased in a beautiful golden bubble,
Like a bubble,
A light floating in the air.
Let that bubble float with that image and all the senses.
Let it float right into your heart.
It floats close to you and it just lands right in your heart.
Create that image for yourself within your heart and begin to feel what that image feels like.
Feel the feeling of ease,
Joy,
Strength,
Confidence.
Let your body feel what that feels like.
Notice your forehead softens,
The corners of your lips turn upward,
Your shoulders drop,
Your heart opens,
Your belly rises and falls with the breath with ease and tenderness.
You feel light like you're floating,
Barely sitting in your chair.
As you feel the feelings that you choose to create in your heart,
Notice the color that lights up in your heart.
Notice your heart pumping these emotions through your veins,
Throughout your blood,
Into your muscles,
Into the nervous system.
Let these feelings fuel you,
Filling yourself up from your toes to the top of your head.
Every atom,
Every cell,
Every molecule in your body is fed by your blood and your blood is now full of light,
Happiness,
Ease,
Joy,
Creativity,
Strength,
Happiness.
Feel your breath soft and light.
Allow yourself to just feel these feelings that you're creating for yourself.
You choose how you want to feel today in this moment and moment by moment.
I choose.
I choose joy in my life.
I choose light in my heart.
I choose peace in my mind.
Feel that breath in through the nose,
Out through the nose,
Gently bringing your hands to your heart,
Palms placed on the heart,
And with gratitude filling up your entire body.
And we say thank you,

Deep into the belly.

Stretch the lungs,
Breathe in all the way up to the heart.

With a gentle smile on your face,
A light in your heart.
