Take a moment to get comfortable,
Wherever you are.
Let your body settle.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your breath begin to soften.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Start to bring your awareness to your breath.
Noticing it,
Without needing to change it.
Just observe.
Breathe in through your nose,
And slowly out through your mouth.
Let's do that again together.
Inhale,
Exhale.
And one more time.
Inhale deeply,
And let it go.
Now begin to bring your attention to your heart space.
The center of your chest.
Imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing there.
With every breath,
Let this light grow a little brighter,
A little warmer,
A little more alive.
This is the space of your heart.
This is where your intuition lives.
This is where your joy begins.
Gently place a hand over your heart,
And with your next breath,
Silently ask,
What does my heart want me to know right now?
Just listen,
There's no need to rush,
There's no need to fix.
Just receive.
Now bring your attention to a memory or moment where you felt pure joy.
It could be recent or from childhood.
A moment where time disappeared,
And you felt fully present,
Fully alive,
Fully you.
See if you can feel the texture of that moment.
What were you doing?
Where were you?
Who was with you if anyone was there?
What was the feeling in your body?
Allow that moment to flood your senses.
Let the memory expand in your chest.
Let joy move through you like sunlight.
Now gently ask yourself,
What brings me joy now?
What wants to bring me joy moving forward?
What would it look like to live in alignment with that joy,
Just a little more each day?
Notice what arises,
A word,
An image,
A whisper,
Whatever comes through,
Let it be enough.
Now return to your breath.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest.
The steadiness of your heartbeat.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Holding you.
You are safe.
You are guided.
You are supported.
Take a final deep breath in and a long breath out.
And when you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes or come back to the space around you and take a moment to just notice how you feel.
