As you close your eyes and get comfortable before bed,

I like to think of all the things that I'm grateful for at the end of the day so I can drift into sleep feeling blessed.
Just settle in and simply listen.
Another day has passed.

I'm grateful for all of the experiences and interactions that I had today.

I'm forever expanding.
I take the lessons that I learned and offer thanks.

I love that I can spend my waking hours working toward a dream,
Spending time with family and friends,
And doing things that inspire me,
Uplift me,
And make me feel good.
I love that I can go to sleep at night with a clear mind,
Releasing anything that no longer serves me.
I love that I get to fall into a deep,
Peaceful sleep.
As I sleep,
I know that I'm well guided and taken care of.
My friends and family are safe and protected.
My home and pets are supported and in good hands.
While I sleep,
My dreams whisper messages to me from the divine.
I learn more about myself,
My life's purpose,
My relationships,
And how I can be more fulfilled while I sleep.
I trust my dreams.
I trust myself.
I trust that I always know what to do.
When I wake tomorrow,
I will feel refreshed,
Invigorated,
And inspired for a new day.
Tomorrow is a new day.
I choose how I will feel,
What I will think,
And who I will engage my energy with.
I go into a new day,
Already knowing that I am the creator.
I create every single moment of my experience,
For I choose how I respond to everything that's happening around and within me.
I'm excited for another day,
For I know each day is a gift,
And how I choose to spend it is entirely up to me.
I will always choose to spend each day in love.
I will always remember that I have a choice.
I take the next few moments and set an intention for tonight's sleep and the new day tomorrow.
I keep in mind the vision I have for my best possible life,
And I create intentions that are in alignment with my life's purpose and how I want to feel.
For if I can feel it,
