Welcome to your meditation session today.
Today we're going to be going into a space of visualization to expand our intuition.
So when you feel ready,
I welcome you to close the windows of your eyes,
Get nice and settled down into your breath and into your space.
We're going to incorporate a little bit of movement into our session today,
But first we need to get grounded.
Breathing in and out ever so gently,
Evenly into your body,
Getting anchored down into your breath,
Arriving and coming home.
As you breathe down into your body,
I invite you to incorporate a little bit of movement,
Opening your arms nice and wide,
Stretching,
Flexing your hands,
Taking up space and then bringing those hands down onto your lap.
Once more,
Expanding your arms nice and wide and then hands back down to your lap.
This will be a movement that we incorporate several times in through this meditation today as a way to physically expand while also breathing into that space of expansion,
Into the third eye,
Into the crown,
Into the head.
As you breathe down into your belly,
Allowing your body an opportunity to melt into your space.
There's nothing outside of this session today that needs your attention and mindfully,
Breath by breath,
Movement by movement,
We're going to focus on the space between the brow and the crown.
Intuition lives and breathes within every single one of us.
We live in a society that seeks to tell us not to trust it.
Trusting it would mean believing it and believing it would mean we're not under control from someone else or some other thing.
On your next inhalation,
I invite you to take those arms and spread them wide,
Craning your neck back,
Forehead to the sky,
An invitation for intuition to flow freely and be trusted.
Arms open,
Neck craned back,
Forehead to the sky,
Inviting in all of the things that you already know and maybe don't listen to that often.
Breathing gently,
If you feel called to,
Swaying side to side,
Allowing the rhythm of the music to take over and knowing that you have everything inside of you that you need.
This time when you bring your arms in,
I invite you to wrap them around yourself,
Squeezing tightly and as you inhale,
Spreading those arms nice and wide,
Expanding yourself,
Commanding the space that you take up.
You know what you need.
If you're standing on the edge of question,
Seeking direction and seeking an answer,
Here in this moment of expansion,
What does your intuition say?
You already know what you need and now is the time to listen,
Bringing those arms in,
Wrapping them around yourself once more,
Sitting here in this gentle hug,
This moment of compassion for self,
Before opening the arms out wide,
Inviting the intuition,
Expanding into that space,
Honoring where you are,
Trusting that you know.
And this time when you bring your arms in,
I invite you to place your hands over top of your heart,
Bowing your chin ever so slightly,
Still feeling the expansiveness up there in your brow and your forehead,
Sealing in your practice today,
Knowing that you can return here anytime you need the reminder that you already know.
If we can tune out the distractions and all of the noise,
We can trust and we can expand.
Taking a moment,
Just breathe yourself back into your physical body,
Inviting movement in through the hands and the feet,
And when you feel ready,
Allowing the windows of your eyes to come back open.
Trust yourself.
You are here for the purpose of expansion and all of that beautiful intuition that you so wonderfully hold there in your body.
Trust.
Trust it.
