Hello,

My name is Kari and in this meditation we are going to dive deeply into our purpose.

Why are we here?

What are we supposed to be doing this lifetime?

So if that's something you're interested in,

You can do this meditation seated or lay down on your bed and get really comfortable.

When your body feels right,

Close down your eyes.

Start to feel into your body,

Meaning pull your attention inside.

Notice your heartbeat,

Notice what your abdomen feels like.

Check in with your throat,

Your head.

Just quickly scan through your body to get a sense of where you're at in this moment.

What do I feel like?

Regardless of the answer,

It's just so that you're aware,

Start to take longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths.

Slowing everything down now.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.

Nice,

Calm,

Slow.

On the out breath,

On your exhale,

Intentionally start to let your body drop deeper into the surface of whether you're sat or laid.

If you're sat down,

Imagine that all of your body is starting to soften,

Even though your spine is nice and straight.

And if you're laid down,

On your exhale,

Let everything start to get really heavy and comfortable.

See if you can just quickly touch base with all the different parts of your body,

Sending them individually a signal to relax.

So when I say focus on your feet,

You focus on your feet and send them a signal to relax.

Feel them physically,

But also seeing your mind,

Your feet softening and relaxing.

Relax your legs,

Let your legs get heavy.

Relax your hips and the base of your spine.

Soften the middle of your back,

Upper back.

Relax your shoulders and let your arms get nice and heavy.

Soften your neck,

Relax your head.

With your eyes closed,

Staring out into the dark space there in front of you,

You're going to use your imagination and recall with memory.

I'd like you to imagine a staircase of 10 steps going down there in the space.

In your mind,

See yourself walking a few steps forward so that you're standing directly at the top of those 10 steps going down.

Look down at your feet and notice if you're wearing anything on your feet.

If you are,

In your mind,

Kick off your socks or your shoes so that you're barefoot on that top step.

Feel the step underneath your feet so that you can tell what you're standing on.

Squeeze your toes and rub your feet around a little bit and notice what your staircase is made of.

It may be made of carpet,

Tile,

Wood,

Whatever it's made of,

Even if it's something unusual like grass.

Just allow your mind to play.

There's no right or wrong answers.

Your mind is showing you what it wants to show you,

So keep your mind open.

Looking down the staircase there in front of you,

Notice what's to the left and what's to the right.

Start to take in as much detail as you can see.

Let your inner sight get clearer and clearer.

Maybe there's walls on either side of your staircase or maybe it's just wide open and dark on the sides.

At the bottom of the staircase,

There is a door that we'll be going through when we get down there,

But not straight away.

You might be able to see the door from where you are,

Waiting for you down there.

Starting with your left foot,

We're going to go down the staircase.

Ten,

Nine,

Feel the steps underneath your feet as you walk down.

Eight,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Three,

Two,

One.

Take a couple of steps forward and stand directly in front of your door.

What does your door look like?

Notice everything about this door.

The color,

The size.

Is there anything on the floor underneath your feet?

Does the door have panels or a door handle,

A doorknob,

A window?

On the other side of the door is a garden.

The garden is so beautiful and peaceful.

It's a really quiet,

Safe place.

And the only things that come to this garden are beings of love and light,

Guides,

Angels,

Masters,

Guardian angels.

All beings with good intention.

At the far end of the garden,

There is a bench and on that bench today will be a very special guide waiting for you to answer your questions.

The guide will be a light being.

So when you get to the bench,

You will just notice and sense a sphere of white light.

We're going to go through the door now.

In just a few moments,

When I say one,

You'll open the door.

When I say two,

You'll walk through the doorway.

And when I say three,

You'll close the door behind you and find yourself in the garden.

One,

Two,

Three.

Looking down at your feet,

Notice what you're standing on.

Look up and look over to your left and notice everything about the left side of your garden.

Look over to your right,

You sense that there's a path there in front.

And you start to walk to the far side of the garden where the bench is,

Taking your time,

Enjoying the garden.

When you reach your bench,

You notice everything about the bench.

You see the sphere of light.

You sit down on the bench and get comfortable,

Taking a nice big deep breath in to settle into the vibration of this space.

The light can communicate with you telepathically.

This may feel as if you can hear a voice inside of your head.

The voice may sound like your own voice.

Be open.

Also,

You may receive the answers to your questions in metaphorical images.

If that's the case,

Take note of the things that you see,

The visions that are placed in your mind.

And when you finish the session,

Write them down and analyze what each image would mean to you personally.

Be prepared for their communication to come in many different ways.

Images,

Memories,

Voices,

Even feelings.

So if you tend to feel,

Notice your body when you're waiting for answers.

The answers may come in a physical feeling or sensation.

First of all,

I'd like you to ask this guide if they are your friend.

Ask your guide,

Why am I here this lifetime?

If your guide gives you a simple answer and you need more explanation,

Ask them to explain.

If you feel like the answer is vague or you don't notice anything,

Just keep repeating your question.

Why am I here this lifetime?

Something will come to you.

Ask your guide,

What am I supposed to be learning this lifetime?

Ask your guide,

What is my purpose?

Ask your guide,

What is my soul lesson this lifetime?

Think about the answers that you've been given so far.

If you feel any confusion or uncertainty with those answers,

Ask your questions again.

Ask for more explanation,

More detail,

So that you really understand.

If you have any questions about how you implement this knowledge into your regular life,

Ask.

I'd like you to say thank you to your guide for the information that you've received today.

Know that you can come back.

When I click my fingers and I count to three,

You'll find yourself standing back at the bottom of the 10 steps with your eyes still closed.

One,

Two,

Three.

Looking up the steps,

Starting with your left foot,

Coming back up together.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

Gently opening your eyes,

Finding yourself back in your space.

Take a moment to just feel into your body,

Maybe whittle your fingers and your toes,

Grounding yourself back into this reality.

And while the information is fresh and sharp,

Grab a hold of a journal and take notes of what you received today.

Make sure that you date your notes.
