Namaste.
When you're comfortable,
Please close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
And as you breathe deeply,
Focus on your breath.
Feel your body relax.
With each exhale,
Visualize yourself surrounded by a beautiful,
Warm,
And inviting light.
And know that this light is filled with unconditional love and acceptance.
Feel the love fill you and wrap around you like a blanket.
I'd like to now invite you to think about someone in your life that you love.
Picture them in your mind and feel the love you have for them.
Notice how that love feels in your heart and body.
And allow this feeling of love to expand and fill your entire being.
And now,
Bring your focus back to yourself and begin to fill yourself with this same love.
Feel it grow and expand inside of you.
And know that you deserve it.
You are deserving of love and acceptance.
Before you open your eyes and return to your day,
Please take a few deep breaths and notice how that makes you feel.
And as you go about the rest of your day for today or the days ahead,
Please remember this feeling of love and allow it to reside within you whenever you feel the need.
Repeat this guided meditation regularly and continue to cultivate those feelings of love for yourself.
