Make yourself comfortable so that you can completely relax during this meditation.
Adjust your body.
Check that everything feels right.
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your jaw and close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
Breathe in and feel the sensations of your breath.
When you breathe out,
Notice the subtle reactions and movements in your body.
Breathe in your normal rhythm.
Don't focus too much on changing the length or the depth of your breath.
Just breathe normally.
Make sure that you feel your breath.
You notice the sensations in your body created by your breath.
You just basically become aware of everything connected to your breathing.
This is your point of focus.
When we do this,
We're not focused on our thoughts.
We're not focused on anything around us.
All of your attention is on your breath.
Your breath is your point of home.
It's your anchor.
So whenever you start to lose focus in your meditation practice,
Just pull your attention back to your breath.
Feel it,
Watch it,
Be inside of it.
Flow with it like a wave moving through your body.
Ride on the wave of your breath.
You can visualize your breath,
Give your breath a color.
Imagine that there's a light connected to your breath and your breath cleanses your body.
You can give your breath an intention so every time you're breathing into your body,
That breath,
That wave flowing through your system has an intention behind it.
Today the intention of this complete connection to our breath is to start to change the vibration in our body.
We're raising our vibration to a higher frequency so that we can open up and receive or join higher states of consciousness.
So let's put an intention on our breath.
Slow down your breathing and with a slower pace of breath,
The intention feels more intense,
More precise.
It's delivered with more precision because the breath is slower and more direct.
So breathe a long,
Slow,
Deep breath and imagine that that breath is traveling into your face.
It relaxes your jaw,
Softens the cheeks.
Your eyes and your temples soften and relax with your breath.
And then when you breathe out,
Set the intention of releasing any resistance.
Imagine with your exhales you're releasing any density,
Any energy that is of low vibration,
Any stagnant energy,
Heavy,
Dark energy that may be residing inside of you or around your jaw,
Aura.
Breathe out with the intention of release and breathe in with the intention of opening.
So once your jaw and your cheeks and your eyes are relaxed,
Imagine now that when you're breathing in,
You're breathing in the breath to start to circulate around the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
If you take your breath intentionally to the left,
Imagine that you're staring up to the left with your eyes closed.
But you're peering up to the left side of the brain.
Imagine that breath is pushing and flowing and circulating around the left side of the brain.
You may feel a pressure,
A sensation,
Maybe a pulse or tingles.
And then take a deep breath in again and just release.
Breathe in and again this time.
Breathe up to the right side of your brain.
Open your vision,
Straightening your eyes slightly up to the right side of your brain.
Push your breath up to that side of your brain.
Allow it to open and circulate.
Feel the density and the heaviness of your breath in the right hemisphere.
Feel the push and expansion.
And then breathe it out when you feel ready.
Now this time,
Breathe in again and allow both of your eyes to just focus up centrally as if you're staring into the crown chakra at the very top center of your head.
Put a little bit of pressure on your eyes and as you push with your breath,
Imagine that slight pressure that you're feeling is clearing and opening the channel of your crown chakra.
You're starting to let the light in.
It may feel like it's cracking open and then wider and wider the gap starts to appear.
Like the whole top of your head is opening up to these higher vibrational lights,
The higher states of consciousness.
Just imagine your breath is opening wider and wider and as you look up into the crown,
Into that space that's opened up,
Visualize the light as if it's beaming down from above.
You can see this light as golden light,
As pure white light,
As a brilliant silver light.
Let the light come to you whatever form it chooses.
Open your mind.
Notice that your body is starting to tingle just a little bit.
The vibrations of your body are feeling as if they're lifting like bubbles in some kind of fizzy beverage up to the top and popping.
Imagine you're looking at the glass there in front of you and you can see the bubbles,
The carbonation bubbling up and popping at the top.
Imagine your vibration from the base of your feet.
These bubbles are popping and moving and traveling through you,
Traveling up to the top of your head and opening up into the higher cosmic vibrations above.
You're receiving.
You're emptying.
You're clearing your vessel.
The light is coming in and changing your vibration.
Keep seeing all that lower density,
That lower energy that might have been inside of your being,
Traveling up like bubbles up to the top,
Popping open and releasing,
Clearing out of your system.
And you're opening.
You're creating this feeling inside of you of expansion.
You're breaking down the barriers of your physical being.
You're breaking down the barriers of third dimensional thought particles and consciousness.
The slower,
Heavier,
Denser vibration that we exist in.
You're breaking it all down,
Popping like those bubbles in carbonated water.
And you're rising.
You're changing.
You're expanding into the infinite awareness that's available to you as your vibration gets higher and higher.
More and more expansive with every breath.
Just keep opening up.
Let the light represent the form of what it is that you're receiving.
Just receive the light.
Just open to the light.
There doesn't have to be any visions,
Any thoughts,
Any direction.
There doesn't have to be an obvious download or a feeling of an upgrade.
Just trust that the light is carrying all that you need to raise your vibration.
And with a higher vibration comes a deeper connection to source.
With a higher vibration,
You're receiving a whole new level of awareness.
With this higher vibration,
You're receiving a new way to look at your world.
To be happier,
More compassionate,
More involved.
Deeper connection to a more authentic self.
To reveal you without all the layers,
The density,
The stories created in third dimension reality.
Enjoy the sensations throughout your body.
Notice the tingle in your fingertips.
Connect to the feeling inside of your heart center.
In this meditation,
You've successfully managed to raise your vibration.
And so it is.
I'm going to count to three.
And when I get to three,
You can open your eyes.
You will find yourself back in your current state of being.
In your reality.
Feeling the difference.
Feeling good.
Feeling open.
And feeling ready.
Whatever comes your way.
