If you could,
Please get comfortable in your seated,
Comfy,
Cozy position.
Close down your eyes.
Relax your shoulders see if you can let go of your day so far and just come into your body.
Start to slow down your breath,
Deepening your breath to take longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths so that you can start to allow your body to recognize that it's meditation time.
By taking those longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths,
Sending signals to the brain.
To the parasympathetic nervous system.
Telling your body it's okay,
It's time to relax.
And when everything is nice and slow.
And calm.
With your eyes closed,
I'd like you to start to stare into that space there in front of you.
That big,
Wide,
Vast open space.
At this point,
It may just be dark.
You may see shadows of light coming through.
Just stare into that space.
And then starting to visualize using your imagination.
Imagine that you have those 10 steps there in front of you that We normally go down together,
If you've worked with me before.
If not,
Then start to imagine that there is 10 steps.
There in front of your mind and you can feel yourself taking a couple of steps forward till you stop at the top of those 10 steps.
Look down at your own feet.
So a new visualization.
Feel yourself looking down at your own feet.
If you're wearing anything on your feet,
Kick off your socks or your shoes.
Make sure that you're barefoot and you can ground into this scene in your mind.
Whittle your toes around and scrape your feet on that top step.
Feel it.
Underneath your feet does it feel scratchy or rough,
Smooth,
Cold.
Soft.
What is the top step made of?
Start to notice your staircase today,
Your 10 steps going down.
Notice what your stairs are made of.
Maybe the concrete or tile.
Feel it in your feet.
And then start to look to the left of your staircase and notice any details over there.
Start to look to the right of your staircase.
At the bottom of the stairs.
When we get down to the bottom of the stairs.
There's going to be a doorway and I'll tell you all about the door when we get down there.
But first of all,
See if you can relax your body.
As we go down these 10 steps together.
Starting with whichever foot feels right for you,
Counting down.

Feel the steps underneath your feet.

Just take your time.

Taking a couple of steps forward so that you're standing right there in front of the door.
Just observe your door first of all.
The size of your door,
The color of your door.
Does it have panels or windows?
Doorknob on the left or the right See if you can start to allow yourself to see all the little details.
Your third eye kicking in more and more.
All the while make sure that your shoulders are nice and relaxed and your face is nice and relaxed There's no clench in your jaw.
Soften your jaw.
On the other side of this door is what's known as the astral perspective.
So when we go through the door in just a few moments,
You'll find yourself.
Looking down.
As if you're looking down on your life.
In today's time and place.
In this present time.
You'll be looking down.
As if like a bird you're hovering above the scene.
And you're able to see all the different aspects of your life.
This is your astral.
Perspective.
And that's what we're going to go into when we go through this dark.
On 1,
You'll open the door.
When I say two,
In just a few moments,
You'll walk through the doorway.
And then when I say three,
You'll close that door behind you and find yourself instantly hovering,
Flying almost,
As if you're treading water in the sky,
Looking down below at your life.
Ready to go through.

Just looking down,
First of all.
As if you're flying up over your house or whatever it is,
The scene of your life that you can see down below.
Imagine in this scene you have a bird's eye perspective,
The eagle.
The owl,
The hawk.
And you can see everything.
You can see your life at work,
You can see your life in relationships,
You can see your life with children if you have them,
Siblings,
You can see your own state of being.
Imagine yourself in your own little bubble of life.
You can see all of it.
Family,
Money.
Were health.
Emotional state.
Life.
It's all.
Down there.
And how your third eye works is,
Depending on where I direct you is depending on where you'll focus.
So we need to look down at your life today and find any blind spots.
Any areas in your life that you're avoiding.
Any areas in your life where there is an emotional distress that needs to be healed or fixed.
Any areas of your life that cause discomfort.
And ease.
Imagine the whole perspective down there.
And you can see it all from where you're at.
And if you feel too close and you feel too in it at any time.
Pull yourself up higher.
Imagine that you're flying up higher and the more distance that you get from the scene down below,
The more you separate your mental and emotional state from it.
And it becomes an observation.
You are simply observing with a sense of detachment.
So that your left brain and your emotional state doesn't get in the way.
It doesn't cloud your sight.
First of all,
I'd like you to look down at the relationships in your life.
The close ones,
The intimate ones.
Family loved ones.
Friends.
Imagine that you're gathering them all together.
In one room.
And when they're all bunched together.
Take a moment to look at them.
And see if you can find any signs.
Emotions that come up that show you that maybe something needs to be addressed with that relationship.
And when you feel it and then you see it.
And you know it.
Just take a note of it.
You don't necessarily have to do it right now in this moment.
Just know that there's a conversation that needs to be had between you and this person.
See if you can do that with the people in your life.
One by one.
Just take your time to kind of sift through.
If there's anything that needs to be said.
It's like you're looking at each one and thinking,
Okay,
How is this relationship?
Are we good to go?
Check,
Check,
Check.
Oh no,
No,
I need to talk about this with that person.
That's what you're doing with these people in this room.
And once you've figured it out,
You can kind of mentally push them to one side and move on to the next.
Whether you have a multitude of people in a room or just a few if you feel ready Imagine that you're looking down on the area of your life that's connected to finances,
Career.
Good job.
Anything there.
That needs to be zoned in on.
Again,
Keep your emotions and your thoughts,
Your feelings out of it.
Or could be shuffled or changed.
Maybe there's a specific behavior that you're doing with your money that could be fixed.
Think about all the other areas of your life,
Your health,
Is there anything there?
Take your time to stay in one area if you need to,
Or move on to the other areas that I mentioned.
In this place,
You won't be blind from anything.
You'll be able to see it for what it is.
And know what it is that you have to deal with when you get back.
And the things that you have to deal with when you get back are simply obstacles that are stopping you from feeling completely comfortable and happy within yourself.
Just think of it like that.
What's an obstacle that's making me uncomfortable or not happy within myself?
You're not trying to figure out what you're going to do with the obstacles right now,
You're just.

.
Becoming.
Less blind.
More aware.
A nice way of doing this exercise is to kind of look down on your life.
And even though you have a knowing of it,
What if it was somebody else's life?
Looking at the different areas,
Your intimate relationship,
Your health,
Your money,
Your family,
Your children.
Where are the things in those areas?
If it was someone else's life and you were looking down and you'd see it,
Where would you go?
Ooh,
That needs a little bit of a tweak.
That needs some changing.
If that was me,
I would change this.
Sometimes it's easier to do it from that perspective also.
The things that need to be addressed in your world.
They'll glare at you imagine that you're just closing your eyes on everything down below for a second going back into that space of darkness that space that we first started in when you first closed your eyes and I told you to see the space there in front of your mind go back into that blank space as if everything around you has disappeared Take some nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Just relax your body once again.
Know that all is well.
Self-awareness is just a gift.
It doesn't have to be a problem.
Having the knowing is one step closer to doing whatever you need to do with your life to make it better.
And this exercise today was just to allow you to not be blind.
So that you can see the areas of your life that need to be tweaked just a little bit.
So that you can be a happier person.
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your jaw,
Make sure that you're not tense,
You don't feel stressed,
It just is what it is This is life.
Always wow.
And then I'm going to count to three and you can open your eyes and come back into your space.
Ready to do whatever you need to do with the information that you gain.
