My name is Cori,
Let's sit down and meditate together.
Sit comfortably with your spine nice and straight,
Close down your eyes and start to focus on your breath.
Relax your shoulders,
Pull them down away from your ears,
Soften your jaw and just follow your breath.
Slow down your breathing,
See if you can relax any tension that you might have in your abdomen whilst you keep your spine nice and straight.
Let your breath start to soften your body.
When you breathe out,
Allow all the muscles in your body to start to soften and relax.
In your mind,
See yourself sat in the middle of a field of wild flowers.
Feel the earth underneath your bum,
Solid and safe.
Take a nice big deep breath in and smell everything that's around you.
It's a nice day,
Perfect weather,
Just a little breeze in the air and as the wind gently blows,
It blows the flowers.
The flowers are quite tall and there's no one else around,
It's just you in the middle of this field,
Sitting down on the ground,
Deciding to connect to everything around you in a very different way.
Notice all the different colors of the flowers.
There's red,
Yellow,
Blue,
Green,
And purple,
Violet,
Orange,
So many different colors.
Each one of the colors holds a different energy and that energy creates a different vibration.
Each vibration holds the ability to connect to your vibration in its own unique way.
I'd like you to start to just look at the yellow flowers.
Let your attention be pulled to all the yellow flowers that are around you.
Really let your vision sink into that color.
That's all you're focused on and when you let yourself start to connect on an energetical level,
There's things that you'll notice.
You'll notice that the color yellow is very open.
It feels open.
It feels as if it's welcoming and it pulls you towards it.
See if you can let your body take on the same feelings as the colors.
Let yourself feel open and magnetic.
Yellow has that kind of brightness that makes you feel uplifted.
It makes you feel as if you're rising slightly in your body.
There's a happiness to it,
A welcome,
Cheery feeling in the color.
Let your body take on that feeling.
We don't need to stay there for too long.
I just want you to experience that you can energetically and vibrationally connect to colors in this way.
Now look at all the blue flowers.
Pale blue,
Sky blue.
Pull your undivided attention,
All of your focus,
Towards just the blue flowers and start to let your body connect and feel the vibration of this color.
The energy is much quieter.
You'll notice the blue doesn't feel as open.
The blue has more of a shade,
A slight reservedness to it.
It feels cooler.
It's peaceful but in a different way.
It's a quiet beauty that you'll feel from the blue color.
Now focus on all the green flowers.
Feel the green coming at you.
You'll see it in the stems,
The leaves,
As well as the green flowers.
Pull in the energy of the green as if you're calibrating into its vibration and sit with it for a moment and see what you can feel.
The green has a reaching type of vibration.
It feels as if it's growing,
Like an expansive feeling in the color.
There's a solidness to green.
It's a stable,
More weighted color than the blue.
Can you feel that?
When you let your vibration match with the green,
You could almost feel it growing all over your body.
The green definitely has a lot of life in it.
Now find the purple flowers.
Focus all of your attention on the deep purple,
The richness of the purple,
And see if you can calibrate and open up to the vibration and what it feels like as a color.
Start to take your nice slow breaths and open your body up.
If you let yourself fully connect to purple,
Your head will want to just lift as if it's lifting towards the sky.
There's a strong pull to pull the purple and wrap yourself in it.
It's very majestic and regal.
It's got a lot of texture and depth.
It feels rich.
Your skin might tingle with the color purple.
It's got a lot of energy.
Feel what's happening inside of your body and take note for yourself.
Now focus on all the red flowers.
Let your awareness fully connect to this color.
Dive into it and feel what it feels like.
Red.
Bright red.
Blood red.
Notice instantly that there's an alertness to red.
It wakes you up.
It makes you take note.
It's action-based.
It's full and busy and very energetic.
Can you feel it?
Red gives you the feeling that you're on the verge of just about to go do something right there on the edge of the cliff or right there in that moment of something important.
There is definitely an urgency in the color red.
Action.
Warning.
Let your body feel it.
Take a breath and put your focus and attention on all of the violet flowers.
The delicate violet color.
Pull yourself into it so that you can calibrate your energy with it.
What does it feel like?
Violet will pull you up.
It pulls you up to your crown chakra.
It pulls you up and out.
It's a very high vibrational color.
The energy feels very light.
It's uplifting.
It's also opening.
You may feel your throat,
Your heart,
Your head,
Your face,
Your third eye.
Everything feels as if it wants to lift up and open to violet.
And if you really feel into it,
There's almost the sound of the sweetest high-pitched singing.
It feels as if there's a song in violet.
Can you feel it?
Can you feel how it changes the vibration in your body?
How it makes you feel lighter?
Let's finish with the orange.
Let's come back down.
You'll instantly start to feel as if you're being grounded back down when you focus on the orange flowers around you.
It's much more earthy and present and in this moment.
There's a little bit of an explosion energy in orange.
It's rusty and earthy.
It feels very visceral.
Can you feel it?
It's grounding and primal.
See if you can let yourself just soak in the color.
Really absorb it.
And now you can gently open your eyes and bring yourself back into your space.
Take a nice big deep breath.
Try and practice this meditation a few more times so that your connection with the colors starts to flow much easier.
I hope it gave you a new appreciation of the energy and vibration that's in all the different colors around you.
Namaste my friend.
