Close your eyes so you can relax your body.
Take a big deep breath for me.
Breathe all the way down to your toes and then wiggle your toes.
Take another nice big deep breath.
Imagine it's going all the way down to your toes and then you can wiggle your toes.
Start to windscreen wiper your feet.
So let them fall to the left and the right,

As if you're windscreen wipers on the window on your car.

And then stop and let your feet relax.
Try and keep them still just for a second and now focus on your lower legs for me.
Give them a really good squeeze as if you're squeezing the muscles nice and tight in your legs and your upper legs,

Squeeze as if you're really working out hard and then relax.
Let all the relaxation rush back into your legs.
Let them soften into your bed.
Now same with your bum cheeks.
Squeeze your bum so tight.
Make it as if it's really,
Really hard and clenched and it's super,
Super tight.
Really working the muscles in your bum cheeks and then relax them.
Let your bum feel all comfortable on your mattress.
Relax into your bed.
Make a fist with your hands and squeeze your hands really tight.
Tense all the muscles in your arms.
Make your arms out straight in front of you and squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze.
Squeeze your arms so they're straight and tight.
Squeeze them as hard as you can and then relax all the muscles.
Let go of the tension in your fists,
In your arms.
Let your arms get heavy in your bed.
All nice and relaxed into the mattress.
See if you can squeeze your abdomen really,
Really tight.
Tense your tummy.
Tense the muscles in your tummy so,
So tight as if you're about to stop someone from punching you in the stomach and you're all tense.
Your muscles are super hard.
Really,
Really curl up and tense your tummy and then lay back and relax.
When you breathe out,
Let your tummy go all nice and soft.
Super,
Super relaxed.
Now squeeze your shoulders up towards your ears really tight.
Pull in your shoulders towards your ears and squeeze up so there's no space at all.
Super,
Super tight and then let your shoulders drop and relax.
Finally,
Squeeze your eyes closed.
Scrunch up your mouth.
Scrunch up your cheeks.
Tighten your jaw.
Really,
Really tighten all the muscles in your face.
Tight,

So tight and then let your face soften.
Relax.
Let go of all the tension.
So now your body feels all relaxed from your toes all the way up to the top of your head.

Try not to move at all now and imagine that instead of being laying in your bed,
You're actually laying on a cloud in the sky.
A big,
White,
Fluffy cloud.
To make it even more fun,
Imagine your cloud is cool whip.
A big,
Big,
Fat dollop of cool whip floating in the sky and you're laid on it.
Your cool whip cloud smells vanilla-y and very sweet and then you have a thought that it's like being in a cool whip swimming pool.
You start to move your arms as if you're doing the backstroke,
Swimming around in circles in your cool whip pool up there in the sky in your cool whip pool.
There's no worries or stress.
There's no school to think about.
There's no homework that you have to do.
No chores that you have to do.
No people nagging at you.
No responsibilities.
Just you and your cool whip pool floating away in the sky.
Just bobbing around up there and sometimes this cool whip pool of yours,
The cloud that you're floating in,
Bumps into other clouds like bumper cars in the sky and if you sit up you'll see other kids in their cool whip pools swimming,
Jumping and diving,
Just floating in their own little cool whip clouds.
Completely unaware of you being over in your cloud and them being over in their cloud and you feel so relaxed,
Calm and happy in your cool whip cloud.
The sun is shining down so it's a nice warm day but it's not that warm that it'll melt your cloud away.
It's just the right amount of warm.
It makes you feel like you're wearing a cozy soft sweater and you're protected and safe.
The light shining down from the sun makes your cool whip pool look all golden as if you're swimming around in whipped butter rather than cool whip.
Sometimes when you feel like it you just turn your head to the side and you can lap up the perfect amount of cool whip whenever you want.
Like a kitty cat drinking milk it's nice to feel this calm with no worries or stresses.
Just floating away in your cool whip cloud,
Bouncing into the other clouds every now and again.
At one point your cloud is carried on a big gust of wind and it bumps straight into another cloud next to you and your cloud becomes part of the other cloud and they join clouds and become a big old cool whip cloud.
Two swimming pools made into one and you find yourself floating around with a new friend.
Your friend is just like you,
Happy,
Relaxed,
No worries in the world.
Then you float together side by side,
Occasionally doing backstroke or diving to the bottom of your cloud,
Waving at each other under the cool whip,
Barely being able to make each other out.
There's not really much talking going on between the two of you,
Quiet up there in the sky.
Everyone's being quiet on a purpose.
Everyone's in their own little world in their cool whip cloud,
Swimming away in their cool whip pools.
You're so so relaxed now with no worries in the world,
Calm and quiet and you could definitely go to sleep.
You're completely supported and safe up there in your cloud with not one single worry.
Everything is just right.
Everything is perfectly okay.
The perfect place to fall to sleep.
