Undoubtedly,

A better place because of your existence,

And the incredible journey that awaits you.

Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

So we begin here,

By closing down your eyes and taking a deep breath in.

And exhale as your body and mind connect in an all too familiar way.

Letting any thoughts or emotions just pass through you with the breath.

On the inhales,

Feel how the air you breathe fills up your lungs and your lower belly.

And exhale as you feel your stomach muscles retract.

Gentle inhales.

And gentle exhales.

As I remind you,

There is no right or wrong way to do this.

So feel your body relax just a little bit more.

Feel the weight of this past day or week fall.

Like the weight of a heavy blanket falling off your shoulders.

Your kindness and authenticity radiates from your soul.

And you are well on your way to seeing your true potential.

Your brilliance.

And all the unique qualities that set you apart in all the best ways.

Your strength through tough times is inspiring to others lucky enough to get to witness it.

And you have been entering into a new state of flow.

Simple synchronicities that constantly remind you of your path.

You notice signs.

You see them everywhere you go.

If you are ready and willing,

It's time.

But you can't have it all.

If you are truly ready for what comes next,

Then you need to also be ready to let go of everything that no longer serves you.

So take a deep breath in.

And exhale as you repeat after me in your own voice.

I am ready to be moved out of my own way.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale as you let it all go.

Things are starting to change.

You can feel it.

You are different than you used to be.

Stronger.

And ready for more.

You are ready to be moved out of your own way.

So take a final deep breath in here.

And exhale.

As I lovingly remind you,

You are not as far away from your dreams as you think you are.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

The world is waiting for you.

Oh Nikki, I am so struggling with my overeating addiction. I will soon celebrate my 68th b.day, and am so very tired of this awful ugly monster that rears its head, still... Your words this morning have given me resolve.
