I don't know about you,

But sometimes I feel like I just need 30 seconds to reset my mind and calm my thinking during the day.

So here is a three-step process that you can use to do this.

Step one is to pause.

Simply stop what you're doing and take a moment to allow your body to settle.

Step two is to notice.

Just spot what's happening in your body.

Spot a feeling,

Spot a sensation,

Just make an observation with no judgment,

But make an observation about how you feel in that exact moment.

And step three is that moment of release.

So just exhale nice and slowly,

Feel the tension leave your body and allow that reset to really sink in.

So I really like using this.

It's simple,

It's quick and I think it's pretty effective.

Let me know if you try it out and I hope it helps.
