Close your eyes if you like.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment and now exhale slowly.

Let yourself arrive.

Today is not about doing more than you can handle,

It's about doing what matters with clarity and purpose.

You don't need to impress anyone.

You don't need to race.

You just need to begin.

Notice the weight of your body,

Feel the way the ground holds you without effort.

You don't have to hold everything together on your own.

You are allowed to be supported,

By people,

By routines,

Even by moments of stillness like this one.

You have already done hard things,

You've faced uncertainty,

You've adapted even when it wasn't easy.

The proof that you're capable isn't a trophy or a title,

Rather it's in the way you keep going when no one is watching.

Let that quiet truth settle in your chest.

You are more capable than your doubts would have you believe.

You're more resilient than the voice of comparison tells you.

You don't need to wait for confidence to show up before you act.

Confidence often follows courage,

Not the other way around.

As you think about the day ahead,

Remember this.

You can choose how you enter each moment.

You can respond instead of react.

You can pause when things feel rushed.
