It is done now.
The conversations,
The tasks.
The things you've finished.
And the things you did not.
They no longer need your full attention tonight.
Take a moment to notice your breathing.
Notice the weight of your body supported beneath you.
Notice that,
Despite the ups and downs of the day,
You made it here.
Don't replay every decision or solve every problem before you sleep.
Some things can wait until morning.
Some things need time.
And some things may matter far less tomorrow than they seem to right now.
If today went well.
Allow yourself to appreciate that.
If today was difficult,
Allow yourself some grace.
A single day is rarely the full measure of a life.
Progress is usually quieter than we expect.
It often looks like showing up,
Doing what you can,
Learning something along the way,
And trying again when needed.
As this day comes to a close,
Release the pressure to be perfect.
Release the need to have all the answers.
