A gentle guidance to help you observe how the mind creates an image of 'I' - in relation to the body, thoughts and feelings. This 'I'-persona is the main character in most of our memories, ideas and plans. It is this very idea of 'I' that is suffering, desiring and fearing, and so this 'I' needs to be protected at all cost - or so it seems. In this meditation, we start observing this mental process consciously, and notice how the mind creates the illusion of an 'I'-person time and again. To be able to see this and to realize it's just an illusion can be very freeing. Because in the end, they're all just thoughts, and nothing is really the matter. You are just here and you can watch the whole play quietly, essentially undisturbed.
