My yoga students enjoy this practice as an easy way to get still and connected. It has several somatic tricks for helping us to ground into the now. It is excellent for releasing anxious thoughts, allowing us to feel into our body and take some conscious breaths. It takes us into a mindful state of peace and harmony within.
