Relax your jaw and just settle in.

We're going to start with a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Hold at the top,
And out through your mouth.
We will be breathing into the belly today,
Diaphragmatic breath,
My favorite for signaling to the body that it is safe.
We are okay,
And we are out of fight or flight.
The nervous system can calm down.
Let's begin.
Deep breath in,
Hold,
And all the way out,
Feeling the belly rise and fall.
Together,
Deep breath in through the nose,
Hold,
And release,
Just a little slower this time.
One more deep breath in,
All the way in,
And holding,
And the slowest breath out now as your mind says,
I am here.
Just breathe.
Let's set our intention today for this session.
Just turn inward,
Ask for help with whatever you need personally,
Professionally.
It can be one word,
A phrase,
Or even a feeling.
Is it to be mindful,
To be present,
To heal,
To grow?
Whatever speaks to you,
Bring it forward and just breathe into it.
On our next breath,
We hold our intention at the top of our mind,
Feel it in our body,
And breathe out the rest.
With each breath,
We feel our intention becoming more real.
We just listen to the breath,
Sync with our heart,
And breathe into this moment.
Breathe in,
Holding the intention in front of you now,
Seeing it play out before you,
With you.
