My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
Get comfortable,
Straight back.
We're going to begin with a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing into our belly.
Mornings are for grace and contemplation.
Our minds may be racing with all the things we need to do.
It's a time for connection.
So let's breathe,
Connect and begin our day.
Let's take a deep breath and be grateful.
Let it all out and take one more deep breath and let it out.
And on our last deep breath,
Set the intention for a clear,
Calm and continue to breathe,
Going back to that intention at any time.
Good morning mind.
Thank you for guiding me today,
Yesterday and all the days of my life.
It's been a long road together,
A tough battle and you've helped me through.
Thank you for being a light in the darkness mind,
Telling me things I needed to see when my ego got in the way.
Thank you mind for being my rock,
My cornerstone.
You are fierce and strong and full of ideas.
Thank you for harnessing my power when I was confused,
Overly emotional,
Turned around.
Thank you for allowing me to hear messages of love,
Wisdom and creativity.
You've put up with me even when I did not.
And for this mind,
I thank you.
Let's breathe into this.
Thank you mind for your intellect,
Your wit,
Your tenacity.
You've opened new doors and had many hard conversations.
Thank you for connecting me to what I know to be my authentic self.
You've shown me that I'm love,
We are love and together we will connect deeper.
And into this we breathe.
Thank you mind for remembering it all and for showing me where to go next.
Thank you for the messages that I refuse to see with my own eyes.
You are truth mind,
This I know.
Today and all the days we will spend together,
I will,
I do love and honor you.
I promise to look at us in the mirror and forgive any negative self-talk.
I will stop all ruminations and own the intuitive messages that we receive.
Together we are bulletproof and into this we breathe.
I'm grateful for you mind,
I'm grateful for all the things that you've helped me with.
You've shown me I am wise,
I am calm,
I remain positive and I am clear.
I can handle anything that the day throws my way and every day I am better and better in every way and every day I am healthier and healthier in every way.
Into this we breathe for this mind,
I thank you.
