Energy Center Healing: Soul Revival

This is a self-healing light visualization session using the power of your connection to your higher self (Soul). It is an 'inner revival of the soul' in that you're coming home to self to center emotional and physical unrest.

Please come to this meditation seated or lying down, ready to breathe into the belly. Through the use of breath, visualization, and healing light, you'll release stuck energy, reconnect with your soul (centered self), and return to a state of energetic harmony. This creates space to tune in, clear out, and come home to yourself.

Designed to support emotional regulation, chakra cleansing, energy healing, and inner integration. As you practice this daily, expect emotional releases, stronger visualizations, brighter lights, chakra balancing, and a renewed sense of inner connection. I've also included a blessing that came to me during the recording (divinely guided, always!)

This meditation and blessing is for the inner revival of your soul. Let's begin. Take a gentle breath. Just place your hand at your heart. Slowly exhale. Sigh out the day. Your shoulders soften. Your chest expand. And your heart quietly awaken. Breathe in. And bring your awareness to the very center of your being. Your light. Your light. Breathe out all that you feel you need to do. This is not a time of doing, But a time of being. So let's sink into the deep, Sacred space. Breathe into this light inside of you. Always there. Always present. Breathe out any doubts or fears. Take a few moments here and breathe into this connection now. Beautiful. Let this presence of yourself be with you. And may I offer this blessing. May your soul revive like spring after a long winter. May the quiet miracles within you rise like the dawn. May you remember what a world tried to make you forget. That you are sacred, Infinite, And always supported by love. Take one last deep, Grateful breath. And come home. It is safe in your soul. When you are ready, Just return gently. This is a new integration. Considering your soul as you go about your day. Be present, Renewed, Reawakened, And deeply blessed. And so it is.
