Welcome to your forest walk meditation.
My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
This visualization takes us through the forest,
One with the trees and nature as we walk together and breathe.
So find your space and allow your body to settle,
Sit or lie and close your eyes safely.
Begin to just breathe slower.
Allow your breathing to become natural and slow.
Simply ask yourself to open your third eye and imagine standing at the edge of a peaceful forest.
The air is fresh and cool,
A faint scent of pine and earth.
Sunlight filters through tall trees above you as you look up,
Gentle light.
The ground is warm.
You are safe.
With your next breath,
Take your first step onto the forest path.
The ground beneath your feet feels steady and supportive.
Each step is slow,
Unhurried.
There is nowhere else you need to be as you look around and see the beautiful trees.
You walk and notice the quiet sounds around you,
The soft rustle of leaves moving in the breeze,
Birdsong echoing gently.
This forest feels alive.
As you walk,
You feel the rhythm of your steps matching the rhythm of your heart.
And you breathe,
Inhale,
Step forward,
Exhale,
Soften and release.
Tall trees line the path.
Their trunks are strong,
Grounded.
You run your hand along the bark,
Feeling its texture,
So solid,
Ancient.
Instantly you feel assurance,
Support.
These trees have stood here for seasons,
Rooted,
Steady.
And as you continue walking,
You feel a sense of ease spread through your entire body.
Your shoulders relax as you step on.
Your jaw softens as you look up at the blue sky through the leaves.
Each step brings leaves drifting gently to the forest floor,
And the path opens into a small clearing ahead,
And the center is a quiet space.
There's a soft light around it,
Welcoming,
Safe,
As if the trees have built a safe passage.
And you step into the clearing and pause,
Breathing here,
Taking in the moment to simply be here,
Feeling the calm of the forest surrounding you,
Holding you.
And you inhale,
Breathing in this peace,
And you exhale,
Releasing any worry.
You look around at this forest,
Grateful for the nature,
For the support,
Grateful for the grounding and the clarity.
You breathe in the fresh air and sit beneath the tree,
Leaning against the trunk.
And with a grateful heart,
You place your hands on the ground and breathe.
The forest is always available to you whenever you need a moment of calm.
Enjoy the forest for as long as you'd like.
Take care.
Namaste.
