A Blessing To My 12 Chakras

This blessing of the 12 chakras came to me while I was doing a daily center cleanse. Instead of opening and balancing our chakras, today we bless everyone - yes, all 12. We go higher than the seven core energy centers and pray for the 12 chakras connecting us to higher frequencies. Together, we will breathe, affirm, and bless the areas of our physical and emotional bodies to allow us to connect to our spiritual side.

A blessing to my chakras.

I breathe in,

Closing my eyes.

I turn my intention inward.

I breathe out,

Softening.

Palms up,

Open to receive.

I remind my body that it is safe.

And I scan the energy centers within me.

I bless each and every one of my chakras,

Channeling divine energy,

Love,

And only light.

And I begin.

I bless my earth star chakra.

Beneath my feet,

I feel the deep pulse of mother earth,

Foundation for my earth.

May it anchor me into the ancient rhythm of the planet,

Steady,

Grounded,

Unshakable.

And I affirm,

I belong here and breathe.

I bless my root chakra.

At the base of my spine,

A warm ember glows.

Bless this center of safety,

Survival.

May it strengthen my foundations and remind me that I am supported in every step.

And I affirm,

I am safe and supported,

And I breathe.

I bless my sacral chakra,

A pool of glowing orange just under my navel forms.

I bless my creativity,

My pleasure,

My emotional truth.

May this center open with gentle ease,

A space where I allow myself to feel and to flow.

And I affirm,

I am inspired and passionate,

And I breathe.

I bless my solar plexus chakra,

My sun rising behind my ribs.

I bless my power,

My confidence,

My direction.

May I stand in my sovereignty with clarity,

Courage,

Softness.

And I affirm,

I am powerful and ready,

I bless my heart chakra.

My green luminous field expands outward from my heart center.

I bless my capacity to give and receive love.

May my heart state both open and protected,

Strong,

Tender,

And wise.

And I affirm,

I receive and send love with grace and ease,

And breathe.

I bless my throat chakra,

My cool blue ring of expression that blossoms at my throat.

Bless my voice,

Spoken and unspoken.

May my truths rise gracefully,

And my words become bridges instead of barriers.

I speak my truth,

And I breathe.

I bless my third eye chakra,

A violet flame that burns bright behind my brow.

I bless my intuition,

My insight,

My inner sight.

May I perceive the world with clarity and trust the guidance that arrives in stillness.

And I affirm,

I connect to my higher self,

And I breathe.

I bless my crown chakra,

My white blossom that opens at the crown of my head.

I bless my connection to my divine support system,

Allowing love and light in for my highest and best self.

I am open to receive infinite blessings from universal intelligence.

And I affirm,

I am open to receiving all that is best for me,

And I breathe.

I bless my soul star chakra.

I lift my awareness upward,

Beyond the crown,

Beyond the mind,

And beyond form.

I bless my connection to my soul's purpose.

May my memory,

Wisdom,

And guidance pour through like light.

And I affirm,

I am infinite wisdom filled with purpose,

And I breathe.

I bless my spirit chakra.

I raise my arms to the sky,

Looking upward and floating my intelligence higher.

I bless the subtle field that links me to my higher truths.

May I feel accompanied by unseen support.

And I affirm,

I am filled with divine spirit,

And I breathe.

I bless my universal chakra.

I rise even higher,

Opening my aura to expand beyond my physical body and into universal light.

I bless the harmony between me and all existence.

May I experience connection with all beings,

In love,

Without losing myself.

I am universal energy.

I bless my galactic chakra.

I continue to expand beyond my body,

Beyond my mind,

And into the galaxies.

My arms are open wide,

And I bless my ability to receive higher frequencies of infinite knowledge.

May expansion feel safe and natural to me.

I am a galaxy of knowledge.

And I breathe.

I bless my divine gateway chakra.

I am now a beautiful,

Blissful ball of divine energy,

Expanding all around me in white light.

I bless the doorway to the infinite.

May it open softly,

Reminding me that I am more than a body,

More than a story,

More than this moment.

I am fully present within it.

And I affirm,

I am all,

I am one,

I am divine.

And I breathe.

I breathe one last sealing breath.

All 12 centers aligned.

I am balanced.

I am connected.
