Welcome to your nighttime breath meditation.

My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you tonight.

So get settled,

Snug in.

And as you wind down from the day,

Just turn inward and take a moment to check in with your body as you get comfortable,

Feeling the bed or the surface beneath you and allow yourself to just sink deeper.

All of the things that happened,

I just say thank you.

The good,

The bad,

The stressful,

The easy,

The joyous,

I just release it in one single breath,

Wrapping it all up in the breath.

So let's do this together and breathe in all the way to the top,

Really feeling the breath in your body and release it all out,

Slowing the breath down.

So breathe in what feels good to you.

Breathe in through the nose.

Just release a couple breaths through the mouth and breathe in all the way,

Inhaling the day and releasing the day on the out-breath,

Sinking deeper.

Breathe in,

Release the jaw,

Release the shoulder.

Breathe out,

Feeling it all slow down.

Breathe in,

Just holding this here with gratitude for the day and breathe out anything that's heavy,

Anything that was weighted today,

Just breathe it all the way out,

It's over,

Done.

Breathe in all the calmness,

Feeling your body be calm in this moment and breathe out,

Feeling that peace fill your soul,

Staying here and allowing that peace to fill you.

And on your next breath,

Intentionally allowing yourself relaxation,

Breathing out any resistance to that.

And on your next breath in,

Just picture yourself kind of floating,

Dreamily,

Allowing sleep to creep in and take care of you.

And with every breath,

You let go of the moments of the day and allow the night to bring soft,

Warm,

Beautiful dreams filled with love and peace.

And breathe in,

Bringing your intention and awareness to your heart center,

Just sending a little bit of love to ourself before bed.

Just breathe out whatever feels heavy.

Breathe in that last few deep breaths before we release into sleep and relax the breath back to normal,

Allowing yourself to just be.

You stay here and drift,

Peaceful,

Calm,

Centered and loved.

Good night,
