Cator began the practices of Yoga, Meditation and Energy Healing in 1990 to heal chronic illness. With the regular practice of these disciplines, she regained her strength and vitality. Cator is a Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor, Yoga Therapist and Craniosacral practitioner. She teaches internationally and has an inclusive, family-based practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cator is the author of, The TMJ Handbook: A Therapeutic Guide to Relieving Jaw Tension and Pain with Yoga and Mindfulness, available from Shambhala publications.
