Welcome to today's gentle reminder.
Wherever you are,
Either sitting still or walking or doing other stuff,
Start to take a few deep breaths.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth.
Allowing all the energy of your head to sink into your body all the way to the toes.
The calves,
The knees,
The thighs,
The hips,
The torso,
The arms,
The neck,
The head.
Feeling your whole body.
And from this space,
I'm gonna share the gentle reminder of today.
As you breathe,
Let the words sink into your cells,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your imagination.
Reminding us that wherever you are,
You are walking on sacred earth,
Sacred land.
Every step that you take is accompanied by the sacredness of the earth,
The land that you're walking in.
So take these next few breaths to feel around,
To look around,
And to connect with the sacredness of the land,
The earth that you are in,
In this moment.
No need to change anything,
To have a different scenario.
Even if you're in a city,
The land around you,
Beneath you,
Is sacred land,
Sacred earth.
So as you leave this meditation,
Allow every step that you walk to be connected to this sacred earth,
Sacred land that is supporting you and feeling you,
Feeling every single step you take.
