
Inner Stillness Meditation

In this simple yet powerful meditation session, Insight Timer teacher and Recovery with Yoga author Brian Hyman gently guides listeners on an inward journey to find inner stillness, inner silence, and inner strength. Attention is placed on awareness of breath and the body. Instructions are given in the beginning, then there is a generous silent space provided within the middle of the meditation for practitioners to personalize their individual experience. At the end of the track, Brian welcomes meditators back to the present moment, then gives a few suggestions for how to take the benefits of this practice out into the world.
