Beginner Meditation

This is a simple practice for anyone who is new to meditation or anyone who wishes to listen to a guided meditation which focuses on breath and relaxing the body. Guidance is given at the beginning and end of the meditation. A silent space is offered in the middle of the meditation for listeners to explore the breath and stillness. Gentle music plays in the background.
