Julia is a breathwork facilitator, yoga instructor, and former construction manager. After experiencing chronic stress and burnout in a high-pressure career, she turned to breathwork and yoga to heal her body and mind. These practices helped her reconnect with herself—and now she guides others to do the same. Julia is certified in trauma-informed breathwork (400+ hours) and yoga (220+ hours), and works with clients both 1:1 and in group settings to regulate the nervous system, release anxiety, and build a life that feels sustainable and aligned. Her work is especially designed for high-achieving millennials navigating stress, overthinking, and the pressure to "do it all." Based in NYC, Julia works virtually with people around the world through her business, Breathing Patterns. She welcomes connection—whether you're curious to learn more, want to share what you'd love to see, or simply need a breath. Because everyone deserves to feel good in their own body.
